Looking at the pictures sharing by fellow members from outstation, I salute Maxwell6635 for bringing up a good bulk for everyone. Not to mention after GST, those wraps has an extra cost to him as well. I wish him well and getting less molestation by fellow GaGa TT member

QUOTE(bluesblock @ Jun 20 2015, 09:57 PM) Thx guys for the replies. FlywayTNT melaka, barang sendiri beli. Welding & patch job alone RM500My brake pads are stock pads and have already past three years old. As for tyres, currently Im on Goodyear F1 D5 on 15" 7jj rims. Any estimation for a good disc, hose, and pads I can adopt. By the way, I live in Penang. So, if the mods are only available elsewhere I need plan the trip and have to take a few days off from work. Plus, I'd appreciate an estimation cost for the mod, just for preparation sake. Thx bros. Wow bro, looks awesome. Would want to think and dream having rear discs for my saga. But for safety reasons, I think Ill hold the thought first. Unless guaranteed safe for driving/racing and proven reliable. Its still pretty though, yet scary. By the way bro, how much for all this eye candy? Apul Garage ampang, barang include labor RM800 |

QUOTE(bluesblock @ Jun 21 2015, 01:19 AM) Thanks bro for the info. Btw, if I had rear bars installed earlier, would it be in the way for this mod? Do I have to remove the rear bars @ cant be used after this mod? Not that I know of. Again, the bar can't be seen anyways, fuck it if can't use after disc brake mod, just throw the bars aways |

QUOTE(scarlion @ Jun 22 2015, 08:13 PM) hi guys, would like to know whether it's more recommend to use D or SAT mode during cruising around 100~120km/h at highway? some said D some said SAT.. Stick to D, everything has been calculated by the computer. SAT is for old man that can't accept the fact that CVT has no gear change, hence they die die wanted the feeling of jerking then SAT was created to suit that bunch of ignorant. On paper/reality, SAT will only create power loss.i am using D all the time but will it bring harm to CVT gearbox if i use SAT mode on my next trip? tq |

QUOTE(n3w @ Jun 22 2015, 10:17 PM) Why la they put there in the first place.. other cvt brands also didn't put this wei. The very 1st time I test drove a Hongda Shitty iDSI, I ask the sales rep whether the car was broken. Where the fudge is the gear change. As soon as she pointed her finger at the speedo, I realized how stupid I was as we're tackling around 120kph without even knowing it. The truth is, after I tested a bloody VIOS, I kinda like the VIOS better despite it's like 10k more expansive, and also jerking like mad when driving aggressively. People just can't keep their mind focus on speed, but tend to use their other sensors such as butt to dyno a car. Do u get what I mean?People also hardly touch that button too. QUOTE(wankel @ Jun 22 2015, 11:16 PM) SAT is there to use once to remind a person why they bought a CVT, to get away from jerky gearchanges, after that bit of fun put it back into D and forget about the SAT button until you feel a need for a nostalgic reminder. Exactly! |

QUOTE(jhbey @ Jun 27 2015, 02:47 PM) Huh?? Then super bad luck!!!! Damn. The car super low mileage. Now only 15k++ Km which nearly 2 yrs. next month going to renew road tax. My wife very take care the car. She just drive to work and back home only. Plotong produce rubbish is a well known fact, but alarm module in the car causes your remote fob drain battery is absurdly unbelievable to me. Either your magician is a xingahlan trying to ask you change alarm module which will cost you a bomb because our car got immobilizer spidered with the ECU and fuel injection system. If anything goes wrong during transplant of alarm unit, there's a chance u fry the ECU and will result in few thousands of damage. Or, your magician trying to say your remote fob sudah rosak, but you misunderstood as ALARM MODULE rosak. From what I see, I'd rather think it's the battery u changed rosaked. Why not like goohtj say, go Mr.DIY buy 1 row go back change by yourself? |

QUOTE(wankel @ Jun 28 2015, 04:49 AM) I just had a look at my key battery and mine is a CR-2032, the issue could be the CR-2016 can't provide enough current to work reliably even if it's likely to fit and contact the terminals fine. LED lamp makers take advantage of the limited ability of the CR-2016 to make lights very simple, so they must only output 20 mA or so. With the CR-2032 having double the thickness it may output nearly twice that. Mine, 1 is 2032, another 1 is 2x2016 |

QUOTE(zeone @ Jun 28 2015, 11:09 PM) Hi Bro YAB... Tried a 2032 on the 2x2016 fob, but no lights when pressed Hi Everyone! All doing well & fine...I hope... Re batt 4remote, can a pc of 2032 fit with good contacts in the batt3 holder? Also is the Remote circuitry designed to accept a higher output current? Since the holder is originally designed for 2 pcs of 2016? In view of abv, wld replacing 1pc 2032 for the 2pcs 2016 provide worthwhile benefits? Tqvm in adv. ps. Btw both mine came with 2x2016...hv replaced both once... |
