From 2-tier round about to Lekas Semenyih toll only about 2.5km (can be estimated from the google map now).

If drive ~ 60 km/h, about 2.5 - 3.0 minutes loh..

If drive ~ 90 km/h, about 2 minutes loh..

If drive ~ 120 km/h, about 1.0 - 1.5 minutes loh..

Begonia units starting from 598k, with buildup 1936 sqf, waive legal fees for SPA and Loan, stamp duty for loan and MOT shall be absorbed as well. "Early bird package" still available I presume brows.gif brows.gif , can call them for further info...

lol, make sure you only take out the FD during maturity, otherwise the interest penalty is more than the interest difference between loan and FD.. Of course if your FD has the flexi withdrawal facility, then it is different..

1.) If there is a project with the first phase even staff, staff friend, staff relative etc also dun want to sapu, means this project really can go back holan liao...

2.) Withe the price tag reaching almost 2 mil for the shoplot, it means that not ah beng ah lian staffs or associate can buy loh, at least should be managerial class with good holding power loh, not short term flipper like uncle you mah.. tongue.gif
