I book 1 unit here..location wise so strategic..good for investment..anybody purchased this unit? Mind share your opinion regarding this project??

Correct..location wise very perfect..hold for 2-3years after vp also still ok..for own stay n investment for me shud be no problem..homestay also looks promising..

I dont think so..i book unit 949 sqft..for me big enough for that area..only high rise is evo soho..will complete next year..

I ll ask my SA regarding the height..the attractive point is that the location wise..in the heart of sek 9 bangi which is walkable to all amenities nearby..for homestay also very good choice if for investment purposes..no high rise rite now except evo soho which will be completed next year..in my opinion, this low dens project is very good for both own stay and investment..

For me because of the location wise..bangi avenue still not yet matured enough..still developing..nearest is bandar seri putra..n in future will be beside water theme park..for me different people different taste..some people would prefer already matured place..and maybe the high rise property to settle down..for me, bangi avenue location is not bad..tesco still in progress at bandar puteri..so still decent place to stay..
