first step, download and install the Fastboot and ADB tool first. It will enable you to flash files into your device. I use this:

second step, download the M11 modem file here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-on...ection-t2858734

select and download the ColorOS modem file.

third step, boot your device into fastboot mode. Follow this site: http://www.androidexplained.com/boot-onepl...-fastboot-mode/

Plug your device into your laptop or workstation after it is in Fastboot mode.

fourth step, copy the M11 modem file into the Minimal ADB and Fastboot program file folder. By default its this path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot

finally, open command prompt and go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot. follow this command:

1) fastboot devices (this is to check whether your device is connected to your workstation or not. If it is connected, you will see some random codes of characters and numbers followed by fastboot.)
2) fastboot flash modem <name of modem file>.bin (It will show OK and finished with total time once its done)
3) fastboot reboot. (Your device will now normal reboot.)

That's about it. QC your device to determine if the signal strength issue resolved.

Still the same after clear dalvik cache.

i noticed it only happened when the phone is heated up. Especially when i use the phone under the sunlight or keep my phone in the pocket. The touch screen will become not responsive and goes haywire.

I have to turned off my off for 2 minutes and let it cool off a lil before i can start using the phone again.

i still cannot relate how can the heat cause the grounding issue for my OPO touch screen. Any idea ?

Anyone bought their unit from DirectD here and suffered the same grounding issue for touch panel ?

i doubt they goin to fix this for me, worst case is to replace another OPO with exactly the same issue.

at the first night, i flash fully to 44s clean, then flash m11 modem....but today was unhappy coz signal,even at home it was around 100DB, i flash 44s modem, now 85DB, will let u guys know whether which is better

so far battery life way better than my htc one m7, getting used to single hand typing , the screen is too big, main complain so far now is the signal...some interface like, dialer and also the lack of app drawer inside menu, camera and gallery interface

because of one hand typing, the back button on hardware is far right, so i use the software version, it is ok with me,
typing, have to use swiftkey with some compact version as when i typing with one hand and reach far right keys like l, my palm touch other keys  ..so have to get use to flow/swype

i using direct temper glass and cover, temper glass they stick on , not back skill but on top very suck, they say can come back replace them again if not stick proper, tomorrow i will go again,

how are you guys all having android lollipop ? I thought lollipop is not official for OPO yet
