sony also release lollipop for their 2014 flagship. htc, moto, samsung and lg release theirs earlier too. now left china brand only. if any china brand (xiaomi miui, huawei emotion ui,oppo color os, vivo and lenovo whatever name OS), beat cyanogen inc in the lollipop race, they really can throw their face away. memalukan. ya i know can flash cm12 to get lollipop but a bunch of other phones also can do that. so that is not the point cm is responsible for only ONE phone. duno what's their excuse la. terrible first impression already. QUOTE(Mclaren82 @ Mar 24 2015, 05:58 PM) Just went to DirectD service centre today to rectify the issue, apparently it was cause software issue. It seems the later version of the CyanogenMod is the one causing it. I've update to version 44S when I got my phone and this was the root cause, just google and found out people are having same issue on poor reception when updating to 44S from 38R. well, if 44S really have signal issue, i think 99% of the users all over the world will be affected and So when they downgrade back to 38R everything is working fine now. Not sure if anyone else is having the poor reception issue as well when updating to 44S? big headlines will appear in all major tech news. i have used 44S since november till Feb, and 05Q from feb till today. signal is the same. Using the stock rom and the stock modem included. This should eliminate the rom and modem causing the issue. |

Just reboot. Everytime play service gets updated it will get wakelock.http://www.reddit.com/r/oneplus/comments/3...battery_in_the/ http://www.reddit.com/r/Android/comments/2...senting/cpg8bad |

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?...chargingcurrent
Everyone, at long last something like this appear. This is an app that works like the galaxy charging current for samsung phones. everytime you poke the charger in, launch this app to see what current it is receiving. if it's above 850mA it's working great and the phone will be charged in no time. if less than 500mA then better change charger and cable |

Wake up looking for any news on oneplus oxygen os update.
Guess what? Delayed. Oneplus full of bs Their credibility continue to reduce. I already have this very strong feeling that they cnt reach the deadline. They just post the news about fake deadline so people will think it's in March. That will keep people quiet for the month of Feb and March. But the truth it might be in April or later. Cm 12s should be delayed as well. Since they say delay is caused by Google certification. |

QUOTE(droidtrix @ Mar 27 2015, 07:56 AM) Still delay, so there will be 5 unit give away right. Keep on delaying One Plus One Lolipop Update, makes me uncertainty of their credibility of honoring their promises. last time oneplus still have the edge in terms of pricing. but now? you can buy a 2nd hand note 3 cheaper than a 2nd hand oneplus. |

QUOTE(jakal sombong @ Mar 29 2015, 05:52 PM) guys need your opinion as users perhaps < 3month user , between the one+ one and LG g3 or HTC m8 which is better? If you using note 3 don't change to one plus la. Hardware is a downgrade, software wise if u don't like cyanogen then it's a even bigger downgrade.thinking of getting the ONE+ but afraid its not on par with bigger brands. im currently using note3. if the one+ is not really a big jump from note3 might as well just wait for other 2015 android model G3 battery is terrible, m8 camera is terrible. Stick with note 3 and wait for next year model. |

QUOTE(piumiu @ Mar 30 2015, 06:44 AM) note 3 has sd card support, glove mode, IR blaster, S-pen, better camera quality, and even better video quality (it has 60fps 1080p video smooth video at normal speed)if you switch from this to oneplus, you lose all of it. how is this not a downgrade from the hardware side of things? i used both phones before, i know them well, here are real live examples where i miss my note 3 very very much, during ice skating trip last time, i take out my oneplus wana snap pic, cant do anything due to gloves. end up borrowing gf note 3, can snap pic just fine with gloves on. then when wana whatsapp and post the pic to fb, can just plug out the spen and write, all without removing the gloves. in a chinese restaurant duno why the TV playing an indian movie, i just take out and switch to hk drama using the IR blaster. air con too cold at the dentist, can see the air con model and reduce the temperature. TV too soft at the barber, increase the volume when browsing web wana take screenshot and point out something, spen does it instantly. on my oneplus i need to screenshot, share to skitch app, draw awkwardly using my finger, and save, then only can send. takes much longer time. camera quality hard to convince you samsung does a better job, but just take a look at the video quality, 60fps video is very smooth and you will notice the difference instantly. i'm talking about 60fps at normal speed, not the slowmo 60fps on the oneplus. |
