Lrt 3 will definitely benefit The lead and those 2 storey houses within walking dist to jusco. These properties prices will raise a bit once the physical works stated.

Actually i will rather take lrt as times is predictable. No jams. Beside 49mins to 1u from jusco bukit tinggi is very reasonable as i believe if travelling by car will be anytime from 35min to 90min depend of traffic .


Beside these area properties priced in has never consider of Lrt in their calculation b4. So lrt3 is a bonus

Ksl doesn't have sales department. They sub to property agent to do for them.

This people no salary only depend on sales commission , will say anything to boast the sales.

I heard lowest at 7th still got vacant till now for 2 rooms and 3 rooms type.

Got few buyers , may be less than 10 units sold up so far

For lowest floor at 7th price for 2 rooms start at $450k and 3 rooms start at 620k.

I noticed that property prices at parkland itself has stagnant. Those who bought the last phase of superlink rosaria at 640k 3yrs ago only can sell for 740k.

Meanwhile prices for 2 storeys and semi d at bukit tinggi 2 are still increasing though at slower pace.

There are agent offering a subsale bungalow with swimming pool at parkland for $1.88m

This bungalow they bought for between 1.35 m to 1.65m 4yrs ago. So now many are selling between 1.9 m to 2.0mil.

Its a 600k to 300k gains

Thats why i said parkland property appreciation has been stagnant.

Beside , not easy to sell especially those bungalow with swimming pool even at 2mil.

Canary property will be even worse in terms of appreciation but for own stay shbe ok.
