1.6k is not really a good price. Maintainance fees permonth $300. Not much nett. Better own stay or as spare house.

A double storey behind jusco easily can get 1.4-1.7k without much maintainance fees.

Those behind jusco 2.5 storey can go for 800k plus. Those 2 storey can worth for 600-700k

Provided no property bust .
Hard to predict, when the oil at $125 no one will expect the fall of below $50.

I guessed was launch in 2012 , 3 yrs construction period shbe 2015 but seem slowed during their foundation work.

Meaning smaller unit $450k -23k= 427k nett.
Still expensive for that area

I think the sales agent from bukit tinggi had setup a permanent counter for maples residence at jusco bkt

I checked with their sales rep, they never mention discount of 23k after VP

It is just small pieces of land devided in to 3 plots located between laman greenville and langat flyover to jusco.

I heard they have sold out about 50%.of the units and expected 100% by end of the year.

Anyone can verify?, they had even increasing price

Blok A and B still got vacant? Wanna book a unit
