Hi taiko,

Bj has been full of surprises since 2010. From the pure Jalil city play to relocation of lai meng school , pavilion group took over the project , access road enhancement and lrt extension. And now with international school and sport city in the pipeline .

My case was I sign SPA few months later as I take the loan rejected unit. If my case already 48 months, I believe those 1st batch buyers should have been waiting for VP even longer.

return is not up to the market. It is lucky to rent it out at this moment. Aurora Place has more viewing compare to BJC shops. I think Aurora will do better before the completion of the mall.

Link 2 ground 10 to 12k is over priced IMO. Will come down after some of the first batch of tenants leave. my guess only... hehe

Is the multi marque car show room by MBMR still on? Their MBMR show room now have both Volvo and Perodua. Hopefully they will keep their words of bringing this to Aurora place.

Already have tenants (2 floors) moved into Ho Hup tower. Should be Microlink and Omesti.
Ho hup is moving in also. LYC mother and childcare center is taking 2 floors of the Ho Hup tower too.
It is confirmed that Super7 (It is believed that this is related to NSK) will take up half of the lower ground of Aurora Place. Another unit by Optical shop.

Fitwork fitness center, 7 eleven, Chinese hotpot, cafe del tesso, secret recipe, kenny rogers, tealive will take up one unit each at the 3 storey unit. Another fitness center is negotiating with owners to take up 3 units in a row.
