QUOTE(dino89 @ Oct 29 2015, 07:26 AM) Very nice concept! But still, putting a sim into a phone will enable me to use the sim card data plan, which now makes my data plan 8gb per month. Oh so dual sim for internet purposes. I thought for needing to use 2 numbers at the same time. In that case this wouldn't be of much help haha |

QUOTE(zapdos9 @ Oct 29 2015, 10:02 PM) How long have you been using till it worn off? a few months, early this year i think. but the games that i have been playing does require tonnes of swiping so if you don't play those kind of games the coat should last longer.Only if they got sell optional coating for re coat..... |

QUOTE(nas @ Oct 30 2015, 12:20 PM) I've installed the IMOS Glass SP on my 6S and I must echo all the other positive feedback from the existing users. The feeling is so good and it does not hinder in any way the swipe and also the 3D Touch functionality. i had a stubborn bubble before and all it took to get rid of it is to push in the right direction; towards the center, at least for me. before that i was pushing outwards which made no difference at all. once i push towards the center of the phone, it disappearedInstallation-wise, I believe I got a perfect installation and everything lined-up properly. I've also installed the TouchID ring and the tiny camera protector. However, I still believe IMOS should've improve on the adhesive part since this is already their 2nd Gen because as mentioned by someone, it took me > 1 hour to squeeze out the bubbles and did I struggle to do that. They need to improve so that installation will be pain-free and less hassle for those attempting to install themselves. |

QUOTE(sfotsy @ Nov 23 2015, 07:20 PM) Hi I am using Original Adapter but my USB cable is Remax. May i know does it really effect the charging process comparing with Original cable? thanks in advance From my experience it does not, it'll charge and stop charging when full like a normal MFI certified cable. The only difference is how long it will last. After a month plus of using it i started to get the "this accessory is not supported" message randomly, but unplugging and replugging solved the issue. After 3 months, the message started to appear more frequently and i had to unplug and replug the cable a couple times more compared to the first month. After a while i gave up and bought an original cable. But on the other hand my second Remax cable that i keep in my car for my car charger still works until now with no "this accessory is not supported" message and issues at all. So it depends on your luck. I bought the cable for only RM9; one started to stop working after 3 months while the other still works until now (but used a lot less though). So i rugi RM9 only. If you want to avoid the risk, just buy a MFI certified cable |

QUOTE(chongkiatz @ Nov 23 2015, 08:30 PM) Is that the lightning port really that easy break? My wife dunno change how many cable for her iphone 5 and now iphone 6 If the port is broken, then that is some serious plugging action right there. But if you are referring to the Lightning cable, then yes it tends to tear when bent at sharp angles, exposing the wires inside. You can avoid this from happening by being more careful with the cable (make sure it is not extremely bent on each end or in other words make sure the cable connection is straight and smooth) or by buying those cheap cable coil wrap (usually colorful in color like pink, purple. Black one i found at Kota Damansara but it's more expensive compared to the colorful ones); it prevents your cable from bending at tight angles and is easy to apply. |

QUOTE(ciwi1166 @ Nov 23 2015, 09:24 PM) the original cable, contrary to popular believe, is quite sturdy. except that connector 'neck' part which connect to ur phone. Yeah what i meant was the that part; the neck. Didn't know what to call it. That's the fragile part. Otherwise the cable is good as it istry to cover that part with rubber substance. heck, even got accessories for that purpose. |
