Hope you are right as i am still contemplating whether to get this SIM card. And if i did, i would go for the latest bundle that you mentioned earlier. In the mean time I'm waiting for some other user to take the plunge and get back with own experiences to share.

Why don't you just get a new number for testing before MNP.

It depends on one's needs.

My take for this Telco and plan:

1. You don't need too much cellular data on average. Of course you can buy the appropriate plan if the need arises.

2. Have cheap plan if you make a lot of calls and sms

3. Long and cheap activation life if you seldom call or use the phone. Mainly for others to call you.

4. Cheap rate for IDD calls & SMS . Can IDD call/sms directly, no need press special number .

5. Convenient & fast online reload

6. Prepaid. (You (telcos) can't charge me more that what I have! mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif . Not that I have any problem with this telco thumbup.gif )

Disclaimer : I'm not related to this telco in anyway except being a happy customer thus far.

So far, no issue with me after ~2 months of usage and it fits perfectly for my expectation for a prepaid telco

1. No voicemail
2. Got Missed Call Notification SMS thumbup.gif
3. Validity extension per usage (1st in Msia) rclxms.gif Main reason why I chose FRiENDi
4. Call/sms/internet rates competitive with other prepaid telco
5. Coverage = Maxis / U Mobile

OK certainly there are disadvantages:-

1. Call blog per 60 secs vmad.gif mad.gif
2. No USSD that can directly see credit balance + expiry date rclxub.gif

1. I think tunetalk and altel use the same block. At least still better than celcom use 3minutes and 10minutes block.
last time when friendi 1st launch after 1st minute they use per second block.
2. Have u tried *101# ?

1. Agree. I am just listing out all the goods and bads. Picking bones from an egg if not ppl said I only say good no say bad.
2. *101# does not show expiry. Need to choose 1. I mean if can directly see both then will be better. Again, picking bones from an egg.

Could you explain why you said the coverage is like "Maxis/Umobile" when this company only riding on Umobile infrastructure?
