QUOTE(JJKTP @ May 18 2015, 10:18 PM) Hope you are right as i am still contemplating whether to get this SIM card. And if i did, i would go for the latest bundle that you mentioned earlier. In the mean time I'm waiting for some other user to take the plunge and get back with own experiences to share. Why don't you just get a new number for testing before MNP. |

QUOTE(MNet @ May 20 2015, 08:18 AM) It depends on one's needs. My take for this Telco and plan: 1. You don't need too much cellular data on average. Of course you can buy the appropriate plan if the need arises. 2. Have cheap plan if you make a lot of calls and sms 3. Long and cheap activation life if you seldom call or use the phone. Mainly for others to call you. 4. Cheap rate for IDD calls & SMS . Can IDD call/sms directly, no need press special number . 5. Convenient & fast online reload 6. Prepaid. (You (telcos) can't charge me more that what I have! Disclaimer : I'm not related to this telco in anyway except being a happy customer thus far. |

QUOTE(half_lif3 @ Jun 4 2015, 08:29 AM) jz read the terms and conditions for friend airbag. I would advise caution to all. Please read their T&C and some of their confusing terms, contact them for clarification. If i subscribe a data package RM18 500mb. Then i can enjoy the free 1000 min call and 1000 sms? That would be really good package for my parents ------------ Upon reaching monthly local usage of RM24.99 and subscribe to any IDD or data bundle priced at least RM 10.00 ------------ I have been a supporter and user for many many moons now having many numbers and ported many friends and family there too. Recently encountered a situation in one of their terms in which many is not aware of. I'm in contact with them to fix the condition. Hopefully soon or I will bring this matter to the correct authority. |

QUOTE(orangutan @ Nov 15 2015, 07:21 PM) QUOTE(MNet @ Nov 15 2015, 07:40 PM) I have 2 separate numbers that uses data for about 6 months now. Past records shows that my current data plan is more than sufficient. But this month, both numbers ran out of data in mid-term. My usage is standard, didn't do any thing special. Something is not right. |

I highly recommend that those not satisfied with the latest reload bonus to go to their web page and file a complain. If everyone does that, they may think twice about their current bonus.

QUOTE(UN1T3D @ Nov 21 2015, 01:05 AM) I was going through friendi's tnc to look for more info on the data block counter and I found this: Thanks for the info. THat explains how my data is 'missing'.Terms and Conditions > Data Renewal > Item 3.7 So, I stand to be corrected. Now apparently the data block counter for any subscribed data plan is 1MB for first MB usage and 3MB subsequently. A single session using 1.1MB will deduct 4MB from your quota. Looks like many friendi data users will soon be wondering why their quota finishes too quickly. Hard for me to believe friendi is going this route. I have 4 line with them (and planing to add another), now I will be looking for a better option. |
