If it is true, then no need to queue for this 500 purchasers mah..

If really they received 500 cheques, should just launch 500 units and then can announce in news phase 1 all booked, much more marketing impact mah....   

Not too many people, no need to queue. I have asked a few SA about the sales progress at the showhouse but non of them know about it. Ask me refer to other SA in sales gallery. Many young SA with very minimum knowledge about the product they are selling.

well.... u have to think its the matter worth to escalate or not on the developer side... such small thing as defect repair... if the developer side also wan use their authority in such a manner... then nothing big can get done anymore... everyday dealt with all these kicik miao lawsuit not easy also....

Post office won't check your land title for address purpose, they will follow the address put forward by the developer or the nearest post office location address, most probably Semenyih address. Semenyih sure sound more high class than Beranang

Funny, Semenyih lang in Goodview Heights and Tropicana Heights claim themselves as Kajang lang, while Beranang lang in EcoMajestics and Eco Forest claim themselves in Semenyih

May be in term of status, Kajang>Semenyih>Beranang

While myself live in Sg Long, Mukim Cheras but address is Kajang
