Well it is up to anyone to post their opinions, it's natural. People should also do their own fact finding as opposed to just listen to forum trolls.

Do some research on your own. Japanese as well as Chinese metropolitan cities demands more power than ours. Theirs are actually ultra high voltage (>1000kv) where ours is just high voltage (500kvs).

Rest my case.

Harm or no harm not really the main concern. Its the herd mentality of the majority believe it can do harm to human. You are taking the risk of having difficulties selling it in future.

Yeap, there is no strong evidence associated HTC can cause cancer. But at the same time, there is also no strong evidence to prove that HTC is totally harmless.

Therefore, to deal with something yet verified and uncertain, many institutes / government agency propose the avoidance/precaution when dealing with the HTC. For example, Australian government has recommended prudent avoidance policy and OSHA has set the safe distance guideline.

If you buy it for own stay and believe it is acceptable, then it is perfectly okay. Nonetheless, if you buy for investment and would like to sell it, then you might need to face a risk of "convincing" the prospective buyer HTC is totally harmless, although most of the case people will use this "reason" to press the selling price.. tongue.gif

Personally for me HTC is not a big issue in health, but totally an eyesore. Well, beauty lies on the beholder. Who knows some might perceive this HTC as the mini "Eiffel tower" instead.. laugh.gif

That's very true. Well we have to accept this is Malaysia and not Japan, also that's very general data on age longevity.

Japanese Cities don't have HTC running at every of their streets. Do checkout Osaka, Kyoto and other prefectures besides Tokyo.

Just to make it transparent for EF, it is still considered outskirt area near Broga, yes with lush greens but also with existing HTC & new TNB Pylons.

May ignore for now but common practice told it will be hard to convince Chinese in buying into sub-sales in the future.

Buyers should be aware of the risks or potential risks, end of day making a choice is a very personal thing.
