I got it since I registered for Maxis Fiber last year. RM 129 for 300Mbps and now upgraded to 500Mbps, it is still 129. However, this will last for 24 months only, after my contract ends next March, it will go back to RM 149. However, I'm not keen to pay more, by then let's see what other options I have.

I dont play game therefore unifi and maxis is fine for me. Problem with maxis after CGNAT (not sure if it is caused by CGNAT) is slow speed at night when surfing and youtube watching is not smooth. Day time is ok. But i m only at home at night.

Couple more questions from someone planning to switch from TM UniFi to Maxis Fiber;

1. Maxis will use the same BTU that was supplied by TM, right? How is the BTU warranty handled after the switch? Do Maxis take over the so called “lifetime warranty” for the BTU, or will I  need to pay out of own pocket if it malfunctions in future?

2. With regards to reporting faults or connection troubleshooting, do they have a helpline, and is it responsive? I don’t use social media. Also, if using Maxis on TM infra, will contacting Maxis be enough or will I need to ping-pong back and forth between Maxis and TM technicians?

this two three days,i’m facing frequent lost connection. auth and link led suddenly gone and it will light up again after a few minutes and there is a time it takes a few hours. do u guys facing this type of issue lately? want to know if this is isolate case. thanks

Try change modem power adapter 12v 1A and observe

22.17dBM quite risky there. Given Malaysian extreme humid weather and bad maintenance practices, in a year or 2 your signal level will degrade soon enough.

Once 23-34dBm, at the borderline level you'll start experiencing frequent line disconnects and stability issues.

The ideal signal level is 18-19dBm.Anything above I don't suggest going for gigabit plans in future.

After upgraded from 30mbps to 100mbps speed not increase much like from 30 to 55 like that only
