Maxperts came and go 3-4  times over span of 3 months for this issue last year and they couldn't solve it to date.

Only thing they could solve was my down 10, up 5 mbps speed. That they changed the silver modem and it's OK thereafter.

So far tested out the maxis " maxwifi " . I got to say performance wise is terrible

somtimes no internet connection on some of them while everything are connected. Have to switch them off and on back again to perform normally

The 2.4ghz band also super slow barely 100mbps on close range. 5ghz band the highest only 300+ mpbs on the mesh

Last time they fixed it it failed after 7 months, and their warranty was only 1 month. You pay the main guy and he sends one of his goons to fix with zero care about sop or anything

After a lot of back and forth with maxis, maxis own team came in and did the fibre for us for free

But with 4G backup from maxis, along with bill rebate of a month, id still take that over UNIFI international routing

hi.. im currently on maxis fibre 500mbps rm149 per month..finished my contract with maxis a few month back..im currently on tm fibre

i notice that my apartment also have time coverage..is it better to change to time..do they run on the same infra or do i need to terminate my maxis first before register to time to avoid double billings

was actually looking for cheaper alternative also the 100mbps upload speed for the 500mbps package..initially thinking of downgrading current plan to 300mbps but saw time package..

first time heard about international routing issue on TIME..

got the Huawei ont . koan router is so shitty, was getting 600mbps on lan, 100mbps on wifi. switched to my asus router ,easily getting 900mbps+ on wifi.

If you run on TM infra then quite impossible for Maxis to do anything. Some TM OLT are known to have speed capped for non Unifi users.
If you want to try get beyond 920mbps maybe can get custom ONU from Anime4000
