my upload speed at maximum is between 45-46Mbps out of 50 as per advertised. Is it normal to have such speed?

my taman unifi port opened on 24/1/2022.

the same day i tried to apply maxis through agent, agent replied with maxis screenshot stated PORT IS FULL.

obviously, unifi registration still coming in as i was in the taman whatsapp group.

i am suspecting unifi hogging all the port until certain date only they will allow maxis coming in.

I'm looking for fiber internet for my sister's apartment. Been thinking of subscribing to maxis since she already has astro but based on the website, there's no coverage available in her place. Weirdly enough, she received a flyer about maxis fiber at her apartment and showed me so I messaged the number on the flyer. The guy said that he can use one of the port available if I want to subscribe to maxis. How is this possible? Can anyone explain?

So this is a 3rd party repair not from TM? If from TM I think should be free for cable outside your house.

Easiest way to check is to see which LAN port you're plugged into on the ONT, LAN1 = Maxis own infra, LAN2, Maxis using Unifi infra
