Hi guys, I'm new here. I want to try but I don't know where to start with. I saw those REIT invested on office lot but I'm afraid that many company is moving out and left empty space so sounds dangerous. YTL looks good as its a hospital. At least looks stable. Pavilion and Sunway are malls and mixed. So, come back to that point, I need someone to punch something that I maybr missing out. Which REIT most of u buy?

Not to follow people but want to know know what people is buying and why. I saw Atrium's Yield is high. But it seems like their NAV price history is going up and down. Do you think it's safe to invest this company? And why?

So good luck to you and try to be more open next time. Perhaps, don't buy investing books(expecially from people like Warren buffet). It seems to me you only want to stick to your own mindset. So it will be a waste.

The other thing I'd noticed, when I sell it always zoomed up higher. When I keep, it'll goes down. So, my investment is yo..yo all the time. That's why i reduced my stock investment and moved 2/3rd out to ASX Fp. My main aim is to get regular dividends.
If I were you, try and do some research. Don't follow the crowds. I also looked into Atrium.

Hopefully, someone here can share news on what's happening with Atrium, Puchong. Any tenant yet?

He is not the only one I notice here who rely on other's recommendation. A lot of basic info can be researched through Google. Like the story of Atrium Reit. But many of them are waiting to be spoon fed. They thought that by the existence of a forum means they are entitled to every bit of true information without researching. They actually can rely on other's comments if they choose too, but that is just like those aunty unker in pasar malam acting on hearsay tips already....
