Cmmt has sungai wang which is not doing well. Mqreit is doing good but market do not prefer office reit because of relatively low or probably negative rental revision

Yield below FD rate on IGBreit and Axreit.

I can understand Klibor is heading lower than make Mreit become more attractive.
But at the same time, US interest rate hike is looming as well.

there is no fixed rule that management fees shall be paid in cash / units. some managers prefer units i believe

Invstors investing in REIT usually want dividend (money inflow). Therefore Right issue usually will let the REIT price depress as many investors dont really willing to fork out extra money.

sold off all igbreit, i dont think they will privatize reit, it is overvalued for a business owner / developer
