I'm buying CMMT because of East Coast Mall and Gurney Plaza.as long as DPU is still ok,I will still keep it.in fact I have not sold anything since day 1 only buying lol

All recent investment go down to drain (drop until nobody recognize)lol.REIT save the day haha.IGB pretty disappointed, KLCC surprises a bit pavilion and CMMT inline.next up sunway and Ytl hospitality

pavreit- no door gift i think
sunreit-packed lunch (main course,dessert,side dish lol). this year is fried beehoon,cake,and some dimsum/chicken roll (cant remember)

best reit door gift should be KLCC. $100 mandarin oriental voucher
