This is the Thestar report dated 1st March 2014 about 1MDB sells bonds to LTH and PNB, which was admitted by LTH 2 days ago but denied by PNB yesterday.

More and more gov related fund admitted investments in 1MDB, So far PNB denied involvement. Applying brake is a wise decision until 1MDB clears the air.

I don't know about this practice and I don't have insider working for me. Instead I "buy" directly from unit holders and pay 1% premium to the "seller" last time. This is how I accumulate my units in ASX.
I've shared how I "buy" in this thread before (the previous thread).

In actual fact  what you bought may not be your seller's units at all. The lag time from the system is significant enough, that you really can't synchronise or time it.

You can't simple go the agent bank with the seller and do the OTC sell and buy transactions. Need some planing and strategy to do it.

Must travel to states working on Saturday or Sunday to do the "fund contra". Of course the amount involved has to be valuable enough to justify the trip.

Nice, like I said earlier, units are easier to get now. So take it easy.

Btw, Update by Rafizi from the parliament about dana2 awam and 1MDB. No PNB name was mentioned.

No time lag. The system has to be in real time. Cash withdrawal and cash deposit made are serious money matters, and transactions printed on passbook in real time, can not time lag.

Time lag is an excuse for the counter staff to shuu you away.

Like I said before, I "bought" units from other unit holders and I had successfully done sell and buy "cashless contra" transactions several times from account A to account B in large amount and in real time.
It wouldn't be possible to do "cash contra" at the bank's counter if there is such thing as time lag.
Anyway, time lag or not, it doesn't really matters now. As more unit holders relinquish their holdings due to lower confidence factor towards gov linked funds and units are now more easily available compare to last time.

I search left right center in the ASNB master prospectus for its Fixed price policy. I can't find any. Do you have any knowledge of it? I think the fixed price is not guaranteed (correct me if I'm wrong) but I can't find any b/w in the prospectus.
Another question, is there any fixed price fund converted to floating price fund in the history of ASNB before?
