OMG , I was just top up ASM 25k, should I diversified (spread it to invest in as1m and ASW)? Instead of putting all egg in one basket?[attachmentid=4827829]

Boy, 25k. It's getting easier to buy now.
Just keep it until 1st December and observe the prevailing market situation.
If the market is worst than now and you are not comfortable with it, just redeem and wait after the fixed price announcement. If ASM remain fixed price, you can always buy back again. I believe if the market situation is worst than now, units availability will be abundance.

Oh, I thought the upgrade is just in case silap haribulan the SC rejected the fixed price fund extension, then the ASX FP system can get ready for variable price system. tongue.gif

yup. quite disturbing to see the new ASM book with the column 'nab seunit'
*
Bingo !! rclxms.gif Some one finally pointing out VP-Ready compliance in the passbook. brows.gif
Old passbook no column for "NAB SEUNIT (RM)", now new passbook has extra column for "NAB SEUNIT".

Hi could you please elaborate on what this means ?
And which ASX is this for ?
*
NAB = Nilai Aset Bersih = NAV.
The new ASM passbook added this extra new NAV column in order to be variable price ready on 1st Jan 2016, just in case the fixed price extension is rejected by SC.

for ASB, in out in out no problem.

try withdraw 6 figures, from your ASx, system slowla, why what where questions come out, from the officer sitting behind. then comes the withdrawal limits 25k per day. finally settled with 100k out a day. judging by the looks of the officers (as if i am taking money out of their personal pocket).
*
I totally agreed with you with the why what where questions, was even invited to talk in private in a discussion room. But there was no limit of RM25k back in May this year, units redeemed and cash contra to my CASA at once.
Maybe the RM25K withdrawal limit is a new policy to slow down the ever increasing redemption rate ?

How did you overcome the RM25k withdrawal limit per day to withdraw RM100k ?? Withdraw from 4 different accounts ?

QUOTE(smartinvestor01 @ Sep 8 2015, 02:23 PM)
I also heard about the impose of the limit withdrawal of RM25k before..

Haha... but never withdraw at that threshold amount before...

Though the purpose of the limit withdrawal might be to slow down the withdrawal, but i think it is still acceptable for me because the unit trust is still considered liquid..
*
Back in May this year, I redeemed way above RM25k threshold from 4 accounts respectively, there was no such daily withdrawal limit whatsoever.
Seriously, this is not looking good. sweat.gif

Hansel I think you did raised about withdraw limit question previously.

So those who said about withdrawal limit are merely scare mongering?
*
I don't think whyee is scare mongering. I believe this is due to unofficial self imposed limits set by respective agent bank branches under the spirit of Malaysia Apa Pun Boleh. He encountered it and he reported and updated this forum. We should thank him for this very sensitive info.
Nothing in the MP mentioned daily withdrawal limit but malaysia boleh la.
