Is there any other avenue for non-Bumi's to take up loan for investment purposes, other than a personal loan (since one can't take from ASB)?

I think besides ASB loan, any other loan to invest is not recommended.

Sigh. So, there's nothing I can do apart from putting in my savings, for ASM, AS1M or ASW?

Your advice would be really helpful, sifus icon_question.gif

Keep in mind that there's a chance FV can or cannot be change to VF come end of the year. So keep your ears and eyes open.

I see. Suggestion on min amount to start with (where there'll be significant returns)?

well u can do monthly basis.. let's say around rm200/month.

if u got more $$, then can do rm1,000 monthly..

in the end say around after 25years, could get quite a sum for retirement

You can put in monthly for ASM, ASW, or AS1M? I thought it depends on availability of units... Please correct me if I'm wrong
