Is Sony's service centre workmanship reliable? My phone got sent back for warranty b4, then changed the mobo. I'm sure they have to remove one of the glass panels. Not sure if it's still waterproof.

even new units may have leak. yours has been repaired b4, the chances of water leak is high

P.S if i wanted the waterproof function, i would sell off the old 1 and get new. just my opinion

Avoid water if you had fixed before.

Need to ask u 1 question. My Z3C already changed mobo,so the imei number changed as well. But in my purchase receipt still written the old imei and the warranty card too. SO if next time in case i need to claim warranty again,how?

you might wanna call SC and enquire them on this issue.
If my case, I would request IMEI tag from them.

how u settle then?

i repair phones, customers send in phones with water damage and i check and see whether can revive or not. usually chances are below 30% as customers have tried to turn on the phone while its still wet thus frying important ic (power ic, network ic etc..) in the phone
