Some of the comments here said that the subsale market of SEH will be affected by the new launch of SEH2 which I tend to agree. Although without the data to make solid comparison in terms of the dimension and the size (my data all gone due to hard disc corrupt cry.gif), as far as I can remember, the new launches have sth similar to match with SEH. I believe that the price of new launch and the secondary market will follow closely though t won't be the same due to various factors come into play.

95 out of 254 units represents 37% sales in day one is considered good though far from excellent.

If the second loan is still comfortably within your repayment capacity the frequency shouldn't be an issue. Of course the banks may have concern whether you will over-gear and repayment is an issue or not.

Normally only bank that provide financing will require a copy. I don't think they will procure you a copy.

Your loan solicitor which I believe is the SEH2/SPS recommended solicitor which is the approved solicitor (be it on the panel or on ad hoc basis) of the bank shall do the necessary for you and not you yourself who do it. The land search is part of the normal process that the solicitor shall do.

Samkor, even if he approached a non panel bank, still the banker shall ask the solicitor instead of the buyer to procure the required docs. I'm interested to know which bank it is hmm.gif

Anyway, it's the solicitor who should do it and not you. Just ask the bank to instruct the solicitor to do the necessary.
