The thing is Willian, Hazard, Cuadrado, Oscar, Ram are very flexible, either 1 of them can play at RW or LW. brows.gif

once Cuadrado comes, our atk force is going to be more or less complete. provided everyone is healthy. maybe still need some reinforcement for CDM. CB-wise, Zouma has more than proved himself.

maybe RB is another worry though.

yap the next step is to find another 'Cesc' if we consider Ake and RLC as Matic's understudy.

yap, he can be a RB/RWB..but i must see his defensive quality first.

Weed mode on.

Actually, I think Ram can learn those passing skill from Fab. Imagine if Ram got all of Fab's passing skill. Plus with Ram's energetic run. He'll be a beast. laugh.gif

I saw thorgan can fill in as a rotation player for oscar and as a backup for fabregas.
iinm thorgan used to be dm? hmm.gif
If we really need to add some steel getting khedira for free would be nice. laugh.gif

How do you guys think about loftus good enough to be fabregas and matic backup?
certainly he have the size and composure to be one.
Actually he is the reason y I'm not fancy on pogba transfer as loftus have the same potential as matic.
*
Khedira would definitely be the cheaper option alright, and it leaves space for RLC,and other younger players to come through. If pogba comes, the youngsters will be pushed even further away, since he's only like what..21 years old? sweat.gif

QUOTE(yokoloco @ Feb 1 2015, 01:08 PM)
btw the ball wasn't out. Hazard manage to kept it in.

referee gave City a throw-in, which eventually led to the goal

Ahh thanks i was looking for a replay of this very incident. Didn't even look like the ball had gone out in REAL TIME,and this evidence speaks for itself. Little decisions go a long way. Well you know the FA and their officials. They can't even get a simple decision like this right, yet they expect us to take them seriously. rolleyes.gif

QUOTE(lol~ @ Feb 1 2015, 01:22 PM)
I think the massive blow for last night game was DM.we have perfect DM but if either one or both are out,we doom.

Another one is lb and rb.iva really slow and day dreaming last night.
*
Over-reliant on matic, just as much as we are on hazard, cesc and costa. Worried they might get burned out at the same time :sweat

Wasn't just azpi mate,i think only zouma managed to put in a commendable performance for the whole 90 mins. Terry, azpi and brana all had really poor games and it's quite an achievement to only concede a single goal!

QUOTE(DeadlyPollo @ Feb 1 2015, 05:52 PM)
Great news, can't wait to see him in action!  rclxms.gif

I think the club has one or two surprises before the window closes. Various media outlets are saying the cuadrado's deal is practically done, but why has the club refused to officially confirm it until now?

I have a hunch that he'll be officially unveiled with one or two additional personnel beside him icon_idea.gif

'Kurt Zouma reminds me of Marcel Desailly' - Danny Murphy

He reminds me of France legend and former AC Milan and Chelsea defender Marcel Desailly with his power and presence, but the greatest quality he demonstrated against City was his calmness for his age - he did not once look panicked.

It would have been easy for Zouma to let adrenaline take over and make a rash tackle but he made the right decisions at the right times, and he knew when to stay on his feet.

And this was not against a lower-league team in the League Cup. He was playing against Sergio Aguero and David Silva, which makes what he did even more special.

I also watched Zouma against Liverpool in the second leg of their Capital One Cup semi-final on Tuesday night.

What I saw was a man desperate to keep his shirt and to prove to the world he is a top-class player.

Even when he was beaten, his pace meant he was able to get back and recover.

He communicates well, is a handful in both boxes and his distribution is good, in that he does not try to do things he cannot do.

Zouma certainly did not look inexperienced or short of confidence, which are the factors that might mean you do not risk a young player in a game like that, especially in such a key position.

as of now, i really don't see any reason for ZOUMA to lose the starting berth to Cahill. superb performance by him and i hope his fate can be better than Kalas.

i really dont see why we should even start Cahill. put him on a sub also, straight away mess up. doh.gif
the only advantage he has over Zouma is experience, but it seems like it counts for nothing.
