QUOTE(little-sama @ Mar 7 2015, 05:19 PM) Test drive a ford fiesta ecoboost just now. lol.. yeap. very powerful car. It was AMAZING. I am really surprise with its handling, ride and power. It was really damn fun to drive! Bukan calang calang punya. but for me i think its very plastic feel. I read some review before last time, it mention pick up is good, but long running not that good. |

QUOTE(GNR @ Mar 9 2015, 12:00 PM) First of all I doubt the claimed FC has taken into account of conditions such as the fact that we don't have i-eloop (which is supposed to improve fuel efficiency), traffic jam and traffic lights aka idle time, varied driving habits (chilled/aggressive), road conditions (have to brake at bumps, higher rev at hills, brake at sharp corners etc), fuel quality of specific countries etc. Sorry no offence. Just some thoughts. Forgive me if I am wrong, but people buy Mazda is because of the driving experience, not so much on the FC. Well at least that's the reason why I chose Mazda because honestly I did not even bother to ask or find out about the FC prior to booking the car. First that caught my attention was the interior which looks like a Alfa Romeo Giulietta, then after it was the power and handling during my test drive, FC and back passenger space was not even part of my consideration (yeah I did not even bother to sit at the back or check the boot). If M2 has a coupe version and price about the same, I will cancel the sedan and book the coupe now even though I have to wait another 2/3 months. Yeah there should be a bodykit by Mazda coming soon, if you've gone to the Glenmarie showroom, the M2 displayed there has been fitted with the bodykit which has been shared by someone a few post before this. It's basically black spoiler, black skirting (sides, front and back duh), black rims (sprayed), black side mirror (sprayed). I think mazda2 itself, with i-estop does help a bit on FC, but with it alone, it wont be as great as those who has i-eloop(which converting potential energy into power source for powering ur car's devices). But the downside (for M2) would be just being i-estop alone is that, either u save on Fuel but u did not save on battery. With i-eloop, battery usages probably is gonna reduce by a bit. That is why i-eloop and i-estop comes best in both. I personally think mazda2 selling points it gonna be FC + style. At least I think they does, because skyactiv itself is designed with one of the factor/consideration for FC. Yea Glenmarie showroom, got few HB display there has some bodykits(mostly sprayed). ahhaha... but i heard from one of the SA there saying that, some of the bodykits is from JPN. Not sure is true or not So far, i could not find bodykit for Sedan. And I dunno how it will looks like. This post has been edited by heroes1986: Mar 9 2015, 12:37 PM |

their claim and real world driving will be different. I think they got the number by running in tracks/HW? But not like how we drive everyday.
Unless you guys can compare HT with M2. And pray hard M2 is better than others. lol |

Not sure, seems like mazda will have their accessories. so far no catalog yet.
And for the battery(currently is 20k / 6months???), they are trying extend it to same as our warranty(60k / 3yrs), but within this period, only can change once for free, still undergoing. All this haven't confirm yet. |
