i plan on getting a mazda 2 by the end of the yr.

but everyone telling me to save up and buy a house instead 

i just started working for almost 2yrs already and i want to be able to buy my first car i can proudly say that it is mine.

After reading the features there, I dunno if FE at low speed can really be there as it's proven not true personally.

Also smooth-shifting only applies when upshifting. Downshifting from 3 and downwards not so smooth.

Hey guys, my mum wish to trade in my 2011 myvi for a new b segment with 90k budget. I personally likes the mazda2 sedan as my primary choice while city as secondary. However my mum is much concern about the resale value of mazda, she prefer T&H cz of their higher value. So i wish to ask owners of m2 is there any points i can persuade her to get m2 compared to city? City has got a green light from her and i'm the one who's gona drive this new car

But yes. i compared them from a titsy bitsy throttle. I got so used to being a light footer on the Mazda(playing with FC obviously) and the way it accelerates from a standstill position(traffic light) is like so damn slow as though it has no power(need to pijak the pedal harder to get going). Sometimes it made me look bad coz i was like so slow(cars zooming pass me and i juz console myself by saying "coz i wana save petrol only ma" to myself)

If you really really like the M2 like me, die die die also M2 only. Regardless of protest from dad and mum, nothing but M2.

Your Only point for mazda is, "MUMMY, you see r the MAZDA:"

1)Better fuel consumption wei(on paper lar).
2)Who cares about resale value if i am gonna drive it for the next 10 years? 10 years later the City cost 20k, the Mazda 13K, difference not that huge what.
3)Somemore I can save abit on battery( You can change it within 1 year) and absorbers(You can change it within 2 years). I was told tyres as well.
4)Exterior-wise, its smaller than city and vios. So its maneuverability and parking ability is similar to the MYVI. The city and vios sooo big, parking very hard leh.

3)Not easy to touch up the car when kena scratch(if u pick red or white)
4)about compartments and cup holders

Personally i would suggest you to buy the CIty coz i dun like to c too many red HB around me.

But we also need more ppl to buy the M2 to increase the resale value of the car lol

FC = not sure about it but kind da weird becuz I filled it up full to get a range of 600++km but now after 1 week and despite the range showing 400km++ the fuel meter still shows full.(weird) (anyone with the same problem?)
