i dun think there will be any problem which can affect your health provided you are a healthy person from taking a can of tune. Just make sure it's either in brine/water/light oil

Wat is the prob think will get eat too much tuna?
If u know tell me as well.
Btw, i sometimes i eat 2 cans of tuna a day.
Frm Mens Health the can tuna is 1 of the health food.

canned foods contain high sodium and preservative, arent they??
some articles tell that tuna contains mercury somemore..

there are two tunas that are usually available in the market.
One is albacore tuna(black tuna right?) and the other is the normal tuna that we get. White tuna I think.

Albacore tuna, afaik, is high in protein and also mercury. So it's only safe to eat 1/2 can of Albacore tuna a day. However, the cheaper tuna, white tuna, it's actually safe to consume up to 2 1/2 cans a day.

And if you're wondering the reliability of this information, it's given by the US Health guys...NDA or something ah they call it?

just cant do it. urgh. disgusting. I rather eat half boiled egg eventho they said it taste like mucus. I take whey too

yeah .. each time after gym i fork out ten bucks for milk to last me untill the next gym session
that comes to about rm 120 a month
well.... still cheaper than protein powders biggrin.gif

wahhh i cant stand that...wil probably starve to death in less than 1 week time...
most of us workout here, definitely we need energy for that...1 can of tuna...man..i cant imagine...

i basicly eat half a can of tuna only.. cuz i eat with oat eggs and milk.. so i try not to take too much. and also.. 1 can a day gona cost me my ass in the end of the month

Hey..Which brand are u guys taking?..Tc Boy looks like chap pa lang in 2000 ..but now dam famous aready...But i prefer ayam brand but seldom take lah..expensive wor..3+ bucks lah..

erm..I wanna ask some question here..duno got ot or not

If I think I m quite a big size guy and then i still take tuna fish and i do workout...will i be fatter and bigger size 1 ah?..I scare I will become bigger size when I take more proteins and do workout in da same time..scary huh?..coz I duwan like those body builders..just lean muscle like john cena ah?..lol..

Any brand would be okay, I suppose. Unless you find one particular brand, more palatable, or one particular brand, more disgusting, i suppose it's all the same.

and dude, just lift heavy, and cardio. You want muscles like john cena? If you maintain your current protein intake without lifting heavy, nothing of that would happen. YOu'd have to eat a lot, clean food, and lift. There's no two ways to it, no Abmaster 202020202, no Bicep'stepper 555555 ain't gonna help you.

I only take Ayam brand coz it's the only brand of tuna that I could find soaked in water. Others are either mayo or oil.
