Did you park your car on a slope?

In my experience, I would have difficulty shifting out of P because the car is parked on a sloped surface and the handbrake is not pulled tight enough, causing the car to rest on the P transmission parking pawl. In the long term, this may damage the parking pawl inside the gearbox.

Next time, after parking the car (engine still on), shift in to N with foot pressing the brake padel -> tarik handbrake -> release brake pedal, make sure the car is not rolling at all, if still rolling, tarik the handbrake tighter until the car won't move -> shift into P, switch off engine.

Cuz heard theres the gear cable change issue...

This is my experience on the P gear, posted before in V1.

IMHO that will account for less than 10% of prospect buyer only. Axia/Myvi buyers are pretty much confirm on which car to buy based on their need and usage. The undecided camp however will probably take this huge discount into consideration.

i cant find much info on how long the battery last or this gosafe didnt have any battery at all?
if no battery, the wire gonna dangling a lot eh? sry, cant imagine how this thing would looks like on the dashboard.

Can I suggest that for those owners who have gotten their Axia delivered to state the following:-

Location (city/town):

This might help those of us still waiting for the deliveries of the Axia to have a rough idea when to expect deliveries of the car.

We rather not be conned by Sales Agents who kelentong and say P2 production slow.

My parents booked their Axia in November 2014 and SA promised delivery in Jan 2015.

Means when gear is N or P mode, the front sensor doesn't go off? Only on D mode?

I m loving my axia.. so far no problems  with it.. no rattling  sound, no water leaking at exhaust etc like some forummers here.. maybe some ppl here too high expectations  on this car.. pay 30k but expect 90k car quality 

Only  complaint is the lousy n rubbish  Silverstone  tyres. Problem  solved by changing  rims n tyres 

btw, how come u got silverstone tyre? mine is hankook..

After more than 2 months owning E spec Axia, below are my verdicts:

Pros:
1. Manual Axia feels the same power as 1.3 auto Myvi but more fuel efficient! 
2. Fuel efficent. Easily reaching 18++km/l. My best fuel consumption was 21++km/l. (Even for heavy footer like me)
3. Interior is big as myvi. Boot is more spacious than Myvi.

Cons:
1. When idle, air-cond fan sound is noticeble and can be annoying as it turns on and off every 3 seconds.
2. The gear sometimes hard to engage. Probably due to defected gear cable. (Haven't changed the cable, will ask SC during first inspection)
3. Sometimes feels powerful, sometimes not. (More powerful during early morning, but feels sluggish during hot weather).

yeah as my experience with 3 piston engine when carrying 4 or 5 person time really feels different alot compare when having 1 or 2 person inside..

Your SA IS CRAZY BRilliant. My SA HAVE SAID that the earliest is 4 months for E.

Ron 97 definately is smoother n more powerful in pick up.. been filling up ron 97 since I got the car..
