Well good on you mate - myself, between the work, girlfriend, family, friends, it's a challenge to sit down for 10+ hours like I used to. That's why the DS is such a blessing to me.

Last time can go 24 hours man, until eyes water, play coop Halo, Ghost Recon and the Conflict series and also Norrath etc..

i used to sit and finish games like xenogears and chrono cross within a week...
now... i dont dare to start an RPG game......
i usually just play short games like Winning Eleven or NFSMW

Hi There guys, am another one in the age group (32- somewhat older too). Have been a PC gamer all my life but have toned down big time over the last 5 years. Anyway, for some reason am suddenly feeling the itch to buy a console and am considering xbox and PS. So which one would you guys recommend for an old guy like me?

Xbox360 or another PC. NDSL also good choice cause protablility.

Brought NDSL but gf occupy it most of time. Got ~11 titles but only manage to finish 2.

Pre-order BF2042 but no time to collect from TSB

Miss last time where can C&C for 16 hours

Btw, turning 30 next year and boss wanna expand my authority so guest gonna have less time soon

Yep, I was a big fan of RPGs and games like MGS back during my student days. These days though, RPGs take way too much time to complete, time which I don't really have thanks to work, gf, family, friends, other hobbies, etc.

Nowadays I go for games that you can just pick up and play anytime for about 20-30 minutes or so. I just can't find time to dedicate 1-2 hours per session like I used to.....ahh, a sign of getting older

Not another PC , am looking forward to relaxing on my couch and playing games, hence my consideration for a console.
Now I'm really gonna sound old. What is NDSL? anyways, more power in the office is not necessary a bad thing,..had a boss that played games ..during office hours

Heheh, my friend's gf also last time almost gave up. We'd start on Friday night or Saturday morning and go all the way to Sunday afternoon. Good times, good times.

The only available in market is x360 and NDSL. the rest is last generation stuff. NDSL is also consider old but new face lift. all nintendo console never fail to make simple good game.

Wii and ps3 is still in horizon.

lol just notice last combat in b2 is almost 1 month ago... now dont know which to play 1st, bf2 or bf2142..
