will the slanted units at the tip of the building be an issue? hmm.gif

Thanks Peri Peri, hopefully it will go as smooth as i planned, considering the fact that there are quite a few number of CHS project nearby and few other residential developments nearby as well.

i was planning to consult a feng shui master, but unfortunately i do not have any experience in this field, and also dont know who to believe, will probably seek advice from a few first and see how to go on from there. smile.gif

still got a chance sales will probably pick up in the future though, just hoping that this wont become an abandoned project because CHS cant handle so many project at once.

for early bird rebates, will the developer state it in any form of black and white? because other project developer did provide a letter but so far symphony developer insisted on not going to provide one.

The residence type, planning to sign snp this week. still waiting to sign offer letter for loan.

i asked them, they said this developer is not providing black and white for early bird rebates. so far oral promises only.

just received a letter stating that the drains servicing the building is completed and asking about 20k payment. are we suppose to pay this 20k to the stated account no.?
