for early bird rebates, will the developer state it in any form of black and white? because other project developer did provide a letter but so far symphony developer insisted on not going to provide one.

just received a letter stating that the drains servicing the building is completed and asking about 20k payment. are we suppose to pay this 20k to the stated account no.?

borrowed 90%. think the letter was supposed to inform me about the changes or stages completed. im also not really sure will call them and ask tomorrow.
