Obtain the From the Depths package from Prime Gaming until September 28 to beseech the favor of the mysterious entities that dwell far beneath the ocean waves. The Twitch drops event for World of Tanks has ended and the token store will be available until September 11th, 12:59. It was nice to get the "Aurora" 3D style worth 2,500 Gold for a bit of effort. Still have 88 tokens to exchange for items, hopefully I won't forget to exchange them before the store closes.
No more HK and ANZ server. No idea how it will pan out. Hopefully this will go ahead smoothly.
One of our top priorities has always been to deliver a smooth and engaging gameplay experience to all World of Tanks players across the region. We deeply appreciate the feedback and reports you have submitted regarding server performance; they have helped us continuously develop tweaks and fixes for the connectivity issues that occurred.
However, after sustained testing, we have determined that the existing geographical and environmental limitations of our current server setup prevent us from making further improvements in the quality of its performance. Therefore, we will be replacing the World of Tanks HK and ANZ peripheries with a single cloud-based server (ASIA1) on September 11, 2023.
Server replacement schedule: September 11, 2023 at 14:00 (UTC+8)
After the switch, you will be able to connect to the new ASIA1 server automatically, with no additional steps required from you.
If you are in the middle of a battle when the switch takes place, you will be logged out after the battle is complete.
There will be no impact on timed server events.
Should you encounter any issues with high latency or lag spikes, please report them to our Player Support team.
We will carefully monitor the new server's performance after launch. If it performs according to our expectations, we will implement this solution on a permanent basis.
Update 1.22 Released It brings a lot into the game, including a new branch of British wheeled medium tanks, balancing adjustments to multiple vehicles and maps, Season of the Azure Pegasus in Onslaught, and Season XII of Battle Pass. On top of that, there are Bootcamp Stories, additional WoT Plus bonuses, and auto-flipping vehicles. Bootcamp Stories is nice. An improvement over previous tutorials for beginners.
Battle Pass XII: Mirny-13 Season XII of Battle Pass is Mirny-13 themed. The foreboding setting has defined the story of the hero tankers’ adventures, as well as the looks of progressive styles for the Core Vehicles: the Object 140, the M-V-Y, and the Jagdpanzer E100. Complete Stages and entire Chapters, earn goodies and get even more of them with the Improved Pass, and don’t forget to spend all your Tokens by the end of Season XII, as this one is the last of 2023!
As you may know, we recently replaced the World of Tanks HK and ANZ peripheries with a single cloud-based server (ASIA1) on September 11, 2023. Unfortunately, there is always some uncertainty with routing which can only be fully tested when the server is live, and we experienced several issues during the switching process:
There was a delay in the deployment of the new server due to technical concerns.
Server capacity issues are preventing players from reliably entering Random Battles or Onslaught mode.
Your feedback has been invaluable in helping us identify the causes of these issues, and we are currently investigating various solutions to resolve them. In the meantime, we have prepared a bonus code containing 1 day of WoT Premium Account to thank you for your patience and compensate for the inconvenience you have experienced.
Bonus code: NEWSERVERRELOCATION
My impressions:
So far the cloud based server works without problems. In game the latency fluctuates between the range of 20ms - 50ms. No latency nor packet loss issues in game except for majority of players from ANZ.

From September 25, the story of the von Krieger family will continue. The confrontation has reached a new level. Ermelinda has prepared a surprise for the Alliance that can change the tide of the conflict forever. But the Alliance has an ace up their sleeve...prepare for battles for the future of mankind, Commanders!
Full Guide - The Waffenträger: Projekt Hyperion From September 25 through October 9, the Waffenträger: Projekt Hyperion event will take place, and you will once again face the extremely powerful Blitzträger auf E 110—the formidable "Wunderwaffe" of the von Krieger family. This time, the intense asymmetric combat between the Engineer and the Harriers gains a personal touch as Hannelore Ritter joins the Alliance to try to stop her sister, Ermelinda. With supercharged weapons going hyper, the Alliance brings in a new Harrier vehicle, but Ermelinda is surely ready to once again show the intruders how hospitable she is.
The new event launch will bring a number of changes and new features: - Valuable rewards: days of WoT Premium Account, bonds, Keys for playing in the Blitzträger, Random Battles in the legendary Waffenträger auf E 100, Harriers' and Engineer's Starters, and much more - The Blitzträger's new Hyperion ability—a devastating beam that destroys any vehicle in a matter of seconds - A new Harrier tank, the Pojistka, with Commander Jana - New Harrier abilities - Fun gameplay changes: just destroy Sentinels to overload the Generators - Special and Premium vehicles from the Engineer's Gates including three interesting new arrivals: the TIII Jäger, the Object 283, and the Jagdtiger Prototype.
Previous Bundle Prices from Waffenträger events Return of the Waffenträger 2021 and The Waffenträger: Legacy 2022 is posted here: <Post #3038> I didn't take part in the first event: The Last Waffenträger.
Harriers Unite! New Prime Gaming Package If you faithfully serve the Alliance forces in their fight against the mastermind Von Krieger, the new We the Harriers package from Prime Gaming will give you insignia to help you stand out in battle. A new 2D style, customization elements, and a medal will be waiting for you until October 26 at 01:00 UTC+8, along with 1 day of WoT Premium Account.
Received mine.
Check out Prime Gaming latest offer here: <Link> Current offer includes Football Manager 2023 and Ghostwire: Tokyo. Subscription to Prime Video (includes Prime Gaming) is MYR 25.00 per month...
The Waffenträger: Projekt Hyperion has ended and in my opinion this is the toughest event playing in the Blitzträger auf E 110 compared to the previous two years. Easier wins playing in the Harrier team. No medals for winning when playing in the Blitzträger auf E 110 either.
I felt lucky so I bought Ermelinda's Medium Pack for MYR 203.69 and got these: 3D Style “Pojistka” worth 5,000 Gold (estimated) or MYR 96.26.
Tier IX TD KJPZ TIII Jäger worth 11,300 Gold or MYR 211.20.
Together from the missions I received a total of 55 Engineer's Starters and received:
5 Days Premium Account 5,500 Gold 975,000 Credits 24 Demounting Kits 27 Boosters +100% to experience earned in battle for 1 h 24 Boosters +300% to Free and Crew XP earned in battle for 1 h 3 2D Style "Microchip" 1 2D Style "Blitztech" 9 Training Booklets 3 Training Guides 3 Personal Training Manuals
Last but not least, Waffenträger auf E 100 rental for 5 battles.
Overall, I think I got my money's worth. Looking forward to this event next year.

The only problem is this was never a tank destroyer but rather a MBT from the mid-1970s’. Wargaming has altered changed and butchered the vehicles’ role, purpose and reason to suit their game and once again adjusted history to suit them. The danger in doing so is further muddying the waters between facts and fiction and increasingly their misconceptions and mistakes are being accepted as the truth and replicated by modelling companies and articles elsewhere. This video is not looking at game balance – as trying to fit a MBT from the 70’s into a system where it has to be pitted against WW2 period vehicles is foolish to even try, but rather to show you what the vehicle was intended to be, why and when, and let you the viewer at least understand how much they try to change and alter to deceive players. Sources: The original proposals and paperwork submitted during FMBT.
