From February 2 through February 10, you’ll be able to craft the Lion, a brand-new Tier X Italian medium tank. Looking forward to get one of these tonight without using gold similar to last year's Object 780. Frankly, WG has done a good job of depleting my resources for the past few years since the first Black Market event. Probably have to dig my gold reserves for future auctions and events similar to this if I don't step up my game by playing more battles... My excuse? Not enough time / too tired to play.

The tank featured is historical and not another fabricated, made up tank by WG. With a gold asking price of 55,000 Gold, it better be historical.

Update: Wasn't fast enough to get it. As I was typing the currencies and blueprints that I have preplanned; the [spend resources] button went dim. the It was literally over in less than 15 seconds for me. Didn't even see the numbers unlike last year's assembly shop event. FeelsBadMan
The quickest way was to either spend 55,000 Gold, 50,000 Bonds, 1,000,000 Free XP or 125,000,000 credits and press the button. Guess I wasn't crazy enough to spend THAT much resources. Oh well...

When I entered the Assembly shop, there were 2,997 units of numbered units left. When I finished allocating my resources, and clicked the spend button less than 15 seconds, there were none left. I was prompted that the numbered units were unavailable and whether I would like to continue purchasing a regular Lion instead. I initially hesitated and cancelled but decided to get one now for resources instead of possible gold offers in the future... The previous Assembly shop tank last year, Object 780 now has a premium shop base value of 23,000 Gold. (MYR 397.99) Pricey for an in-game pixel tank.


After 9 minutes into the event... Demand for Assembly Shop pixel tanks has gone to the roof compared to last year.

The KV-4 KTTS Returns!
One of the new tank introduced in The 2022 Waffenträger: Legacy event is now available in the Premium Shop. With a base price of 8,050 Gold, it is the 2nd lowest price Tier VIII tank destroyer. Weighing at 99,725 kg, it is the 2nd heaviest TD in game with the Jagdpanzer E 100 taking the top spot at 133,940 kg . It also has the distinction of having the 2nd lowest camouflage value of Tier VIII Tank Destroyers with Stationary camo value 5.42% and Moving camo value 3.25% respectively. This is slightly less than the camouflage values of Tier VIII Heavy Tanks such as the IS-3.

In conclusion, you get what you pay for. This is not an easy tank destroyer to master.

The Pudel and M4A1 FL 10 are the better choices among these 4 rewards. Sherman VC Firefly and TOG II are more challenging tanks to master for beginners.



Review of the Pudel was posted in <Post #775> with the debut of the Polish Tech Tree line in 2017 in Update 9.19.1. Compared to the prices back then; the Pudel is now a bit cheaper in the Premium Shop. Current Premium Shop Base Price is MYR 61.25.
With coupons earned for good results in battles, it can be bought cheaper after discount MYR 42.88.



I got this 30% discount coupon for a 4 win steak in battles. Not that difficult with experience and right choice of tanks..



The M4A1 FL 10 was a Holiday Ops 2021 reward in the Large Box sold in the Premium Shop in December 2020. Was lucky enough to get one back then.






Keep in mind that Tier VI tanks will sometimes meet Tier VIII tanks in Random Battles. Experience and knowing how to play these tanks and roles to play in such battles is helpful to the team.

Here comes the Hammer!!
In this case, not about Stanley Kirk Burrell but the auction tomorrow. This auction is less than two weeks after the Assembly Shop event for the Tier X Lion. No doubt that WG is counting on big spenders to utilize gold and convert it into credits and free xp.
5 days and 5 tanks. No idea on what new tanks that will be appearing in this auction. However the mention of "...mysterious tanks from ancient stories..." is a possible hint that there is a high chance of the "WZ-111 Qilin" being offered in one of the lots.

Will this be offered in tomorrow's auction? If it is, will players in ASIA go bananas over it?



The bad news is both my credits and free xp are depleted.... Using gold to convert into credits is not an economical trade off. Sadly, depending on the auction prices I'll won't be bidding for every new tank. FeelsBadMan

Sadly, did not follow and did not get anything from this auction. Would be nice to get the K-2 and T54 for collection though. Hopefully it would end up in the Bond Shop someday similar to the 113 Beijing Opera.

Update 1.20 is now live!
It introduces the sunny Oyster Bay Random Battles map and a series of balance improvements to three other locations. We’re also adding the new Tournaments tab to the main menu of the Garage to help you find and join the tournaments and challenges you’re most interested in. On top of that, this update features rebalancing changes to a large batch of vehicles (including seven Tier X tanks) and brings cool new goodies to the Items for Bonds section in the in-game Store. KaeJaie's stream started early before noon but the website news was updated later around 3pm. Anyway still plenty of time to get the twitch drop rewards and the three drops are timed simultaneously. Watch 2 hours and 30 minutes of selected streams and claim the drops.


Details of both NA WG staff would be nice.

Battle Pass Season X: Reward Vehicles (BZ-58-2 & KPz 3 Projekt 07 HK)
Season X of Battle Pass has an expanded roster of reward vehicles for Tokens, with two Tier IX newcomers: the BZ-58-2 and the KPz 3 Projekt 07 HK.
Was hoping Season VIII Cobra Tier IX Medium Tank be given a discount this year similar to past battle pass reward tanks. Unfortunately for this year, there is no discount at all for previous reward tanks and the Cobra cost remains the same at 24 Tokens. Too popular? Overpowered? I don't know. WG needs more money and encourages players to buy Improved Pass? Most likely.
