Yes, one of the most iconic tank, but be warn if you try to graind for it, before you hit tier 8 with the vk series the other tank leading towards it (up till tier6) is really bad, you will most of the time be sort of like a minimal support rather then bulling people.

They have a twisted mind of letting you suffer until you get their tier 8 vk.

Per tank each tier. WG is not crazy enough to discount the whole line with that much discount. 30% on tier 10 is almost never heard of. If they give whole tier 10 30% discount everyone is going to wait for this kind of event every year.

The event mostly favor op tank, I finish all my mission with O-Ni only, just run around with derp gun and bully ppl.

Got the E100 on new year's day. Love the armor, I get 8k block on my first match. The armor is exceptionally trollish.

At first plan on buying box, right after they say box no deco not interested anymore.

Mauer play like the maus tank series, looks like maus, play like maus, thick armor. speed is surely gonna be slow, but not too slow, its not like t95 kind of slow. The tank need very good angling knowledge and practice to play, cause with so many players spamming premium rounds this days even the thickest armor easy get pen if you angle this type of tank the wrong way.

I think its faster then churchill.

UDES and FV play very differently, one with turret another without.

UDES going to be hard if you are not familiar with positioning, as you rely on hidrolics for gun depression and you are strongly advice to always stay at the back line, basically a camper's tank, if you go front with multiple enemies that slope armor aren't going to bounce all the shells, especially HE. However the gun accuracy is pretty pin point.

While FV seems like they pack a lot of punch in paper, its more of a bully against lower tier tanks, against higher tier its good tank to punish any player who give you those opportunity, but against player that know their tank you rarely get any chance to do insane amount of dmg face to face, not to mention your turret is made of paper that is so thin even tier one can do dmg to you, so if you ever get spotted you are most likely dead. Any player would switch to HE rounds if they see you, and if I am not mistaken very easy get ammo rack. Also not a frontliner.

So if you are those that like sneaky shots go for udes, if you are those that want big boom go FV. Performance wise udes is a better choice in my own opinion because of fairly good at haul down, pretty nice camo very good accuracy. While the FV firepower is insane, its too huge of a box and too paper to stand against others in a tier 10 match, unless you are facing a bunch of kids the FV see little action in mid to front line because if you get spotted its too easy for enemy to focus on you first because of your gun.

You have until march, you should assign them before march, once you do you have 1 year time to graind for your assign reward tank.

I got the german one done, you won't be able to collect all, if you get 2 is consider lucky already, this collection is actually design to lure ppl to buy box. Since asia cannot have deco from lootbox all they did was just giving you some extra box per week's mission. By calculation you will not be able to get all the collection, even if you pay money for the lootbox. Either way this friday (19th) should be the last free mission, if they don't have means you sould assign all your tanks and take up all female crew and make sure all your reward is claimed then remove and crush all chrismas event item for shard to push for the last luck. (Total 4.5k shard when you crush all the lvl5 deco).

Once you claim all the reward and got all the female recruit the deco is usless (only good for melting it down for shards).

I would say female crew put to a tank you wanna play long term. All my earn female crew goes to e100 and remaining ones from mission I put into my skorpion g. With 2 perk fully researched it makes a difference in battle.

I'm actually more curious about what is after the t-10 ...... I got that tank 3 months ago and now almost finish unlock all the modules, saving the rest for the new tank, estimate about 175k exp ........ They better give something OP to t-10, been working so hard to get IS-7 trough t-10 ...... now got option to get the mysterious tank instead.

The new mysterious tank won't be out this patch, but given that t-10 is so agile with fairly good gun I hope the new tier 10 won't be just a meh.

With so many gold spam mauer isn't gonna be anything special, its also slow. I would pick defender, lorraine is ok but if you face multiple enemy its kind of fragile.

Well the mauer isn't a bad tank, just that it isn't a tank I feel like paying for. I got maus on my 2nd acc and fairly good at blocking apcr rounds, its just not so exciting to me. The reason why I like defender is because it works like is-3, and soon I'm getting the tier 9 version of the defender. I like the pike nose play because I spend more hours playing them.

In battle I don't fear the mauer because I know how the tank works, don't rly fear the defender either because rarely you see pro driving one. I fear the krysler k when they are in a tunnel frontline because you can't pen that in the same tier even with premium. Only can HE them.

Sometimes when you have those heavily armored tank and in a match up when you are the top tier the group tend to have unrealistic expectation that you would carry the game, so be prepared to ignore them.

Also since you bought mauer I encourage you to graind the maus line, see if the VK100.01P is up to par as the premium or not. But tier 6 and 7 leading up to vk is not so fun to play, very underpower.

You should keep it, its a great tank to distract enemy spg and top tier because they are always mistaken to be as scary as maus, use that advantage to force enemy make mistake so that your side high dmg can pump in shots.

As for defender you can just buy the plane one without the special offer after. That tank also require you to have knowledge in how to position in order to be effective, which means you need to sort of like able to master pike nose before you can see magic happen.

However if you can only pick either one my personal choice would be defender because personally I love the pike nose more then the box. But if I am in your situation I would have pick the mauer because they already going to give me the tier 9 obj 257 which is even more trollish compare to defender.

Premium ammo in my opinion is better to only use when situation calls for, like if it makes dmg difference etc, if its just the pen difference and you already spamming them regardless of what enemy you are facing surely its going to be a money sinker.

That premium shell if you spend on heavy tank with spall liner equiped the dmg is going to be significantly less. But in this case against paper armor its always a good call to retire them early because of the dmg difference.

Btw, besides defender you might wanna save up for the upcoming italian line. The auto loader hybrid premium tank looks fun.

Pershing is pretty ok, skoda also quite decent for its tier, other then that other tank never really heard much about for premium MT.

SG is one of the best credit maker tank in the game so far, the only premium class that is bringing a tier 9 gun to 8,9,10 fight.

SKG may be so when your crew don't have more then 2 perks yet ....... for me majority of my match I was never spotted if my side is winning. Its a lazy man's tank, cause majority of your time you pick long range spot.

Yea the tank not op, the obj 257 1 tier higher also not op if enemy know where to shoot, the pike tank basically test your opponent to see who is pro and who is newb.

In a haul down situation the obj 257 is crazy hard to kill with the turret face to thick.
