Why stay with TM when you can change to TIME? I heard TIME is so much better than TM or Maxis. Only if TIME  has coverage in my area, I will surely change.
*
I heard TIME is much better esp file sharing must faster than Unifi....Unifi file sharing is very slow only torrent download is OK.

If you can afford it then why not.
I've been using ASUS routers for years but i personally think anything higher than AC68U is overkill.
My whole family is using ASUS routers for me & we've never had any issue with any of the routers.
A total of 2 x RT-AC68U & 1 x RT-AC66U all in different houses & 1 x RT-N16 in my office.

But as I mentioned earlier, if you can afford the AC87U, then go straight ahead. smile.gif
*
OK..what you think about this Asus routers ASUS RT-N14UHP and ASUS RT-N18U ?

Plan to get a good Asus router so can last me couple of years...

Heard RT-N16 was one of the best Asus router model and is no longer available..

RT-N18U is the replacement for RT-N16.
I'm not sure about RT-N18U as I've never tested it, but from the reviews, it's a real performer just like it's predecessor.
RT-N14UHP has a huge WiFi coverage but it has 2 biggest weakness:
1. RealTek chipset
2. No gigabit LAN

These 2 weakness maybe of no importance to some people but to me, they definitely turn me off.

Ok...well think will go for RT-N18U first....since a bit disappointed with my TP-LINK WR841ND is having some issues to detect latest devices like Note 4, Iphone etc...
