They can screw everyone over any time they want, and if they implement quota on Unifi they will force Maxis to follow suit too, since they are basically the same.

tmpoint sometime really useless one...i go tmpoint beside telekom museum to pay unifi bill by cash at 4.30pm, they got 6 counter open without customer, i was told to print my bill at one of the counter, but that counter still serving customer, so i ask another counter just beside it whether can help to print bill or not, he reply me that he is customer service officer and cannot print bill, need to go counter just beside him to print bill (that counter still got customer)...then after print bill i want to directly pay, the guy who help me print bill say counter for payment is close already at 4pm, ask me to go pay at automate machine...lol, now only i know the tmpoint payment counter is open from 9am to 4pm, just like bank counter, some more i need to pay the rm160 because machine only accept multiple of rm10 and god damn GST charge...really freaking useless with so many staff inside without someone can really serve customer ..

anyone experience lag during Youtube playback? I m using 20mb unifi and it is getting annoying for the past few days. Previously it was very fast and smooth.

Hey guys. Anyone can help to walk me through the setup of the ZTE 931DII modem for Unifi VOIP?

Im using the huawei 655a but of late the voip is causing problems. The modem will crash and reboot whenever I receive an incoming call.

I have a spare TM ZTE 931DII VDSL modem - Pls Dont ask how i got it  I have gotten unifi internet (on custom router) and my hypp.TV working fine but I cant seem to configure my voip.

The voip was left unconfigured when i got the modem, though a WAN connection for VLAN 400 was preconfigured. I assume that I just needed to enter my SIP Auth Username and Password which I extracted from the huawei but it just doesnt seem to work.

In the VOIP status page it shows voip 1 and 2 as "unregistered" how ever the network status page shows the Wan connection for VOIP_PTM400 as connected and having an IP address.

Any advice on what could be going wrong>?

VIP package although quota is not implemented, they do publish the quota of 60/90/120 GB for VIP5/10/20

RM169 surely take 30M, don't need to consider already, cheaper than VIP10.

bro...i seek clarification. Did u upgrade or terminate & reapply? How did u manage to get RM169+gst(RM179) for Unifi30? Did u have to return the old hypptv stb?

says it's all very confusing for customers and themselves!

did they say how much for 50mbps 

50mbps only available on FTTH (fiber). maybe you stay at hi rise building (copper)

No worries, bro. We just want to make sure that we got some sort of acknowledgement from customer themselves that the package is real and we can show it to TM staff when dealing with them at TMpoint as you know their staff might be totally clueless.

Exactly. I asked TM Point if they got any "offer" for VIP10 or 20 packages and mentioned some folks were paying RM20, 30 or 40 less than whats advertised on TMs official website.

I was told those were under "tele-marketing" and I was only eligble for the officially advertised prices.

Received sms and email on hypptv everywhere activation instead. Then check at unifi occ and its already on unifi30.

How much u are paying including GST for Unifi 30? When to TMpoint told me no such package RM169 for Unifi 30
