I tend to have discharge stains on my panties everyday..it is normal right? Hormone is one of cause? I searched google and they said discharge veryday is normal unless it has foul smell, clumpy or abnormal colors. Any of you girls have this problem too? How to reduce the discharge?

Yes very normal. Unless there is foul smell, weird colored discharge, itch or discomfort then get a gynae to have a look.

I use panty liners daily. Unscented and as much breatheable as it claims. Change whenever i want to thruout the day.

Some said certain food we take is linked to it but I can't seem to be able to reduce it via diet. So just let it be.

ya, it's normal. i'm also experiencing the same thing, checked with my gynae, she said it's normal.

just monitor, if it's clumpy, greenish, foul smelling, then best to see gynae. could be backteria / yeast infection.

when is the last time u hav xxx?and if its random guys or 1ns,u probably got herpes. better go get checked immediately

Holding on from peeing will have this kind of stain too.

wow...I can't stand wearing liners everyday...I only use it during ovulation time...the liner somehow kind of bothers me...I like the part breathable...

thats when your wrong vignal discharge >yeast infection>herpes

herpes will not come blisters immediately
these discharge are the beginning symptoms. so before u get blisters i suggest u to check up

yeast infection is not STD
and herpes = STD

Sounds normal but if it bothers you then go check it out with your gynae. If sexually active get a Pap smear.

And abnormalities in vaginal discharge does not mean it's only herpes or STDs

I'm quite used to liners daily cause don't wanna destroy my panties always. But I don't wear 24 hours la. Only when going out. The breathable and thin ones are comfortable for me. Actually don't like the feeling when wearing panties and got discharge.

I dont like the feeling of "sticker"(liner) on my panties and the sticky discharge feelings on panties

Hm. The ones I used doesn't leave any stickiness or glue on my panties. I use intimate.

Trim the pubic hair also. I have seen the discharge dried up on pubic hair. Yucky

if you have only white discharge, eat less sugary foods, try some yogurt for probiotics to balance the good bacteria at V area.

if white discharge turns yellowish or greenish with foul smell, it has become bacteria infection, you need to see Gyne. the dr. might prescribe you anti fungal caps and antibiotics
