for me i would rather buy new panties more often as cotton are way more comfortable than pantiliners whatever material is.
summore if the skin is sensitive the plastic to the sides of the pantiliners or even pads sure will hurt down there, rashes n sometimes blisters

don't worry too much... just see a doctor and you will get the answer very soon... sometimes info in the internet just freak you out..it will show worst possible outcome whereby the actual situation isn't that worst..
