Perfectly normal. Discharge is usually more for me on ovulation. I am wearing liner everyday after recovering from UTI lately.

Don't be scared. White discharge, Cantonese call it 'pak tai'. TCM says body's immunity (chi) is weak. Western medicine says body's flora is out of whack. Bad microorganisms overpower the good microorganisms leading to these yeast/fungal infections.
TCM recommends you boost your 'chi' immune system. Try 'Pak Foong Yoon' (white Phoenix pills) and 'Pat Chan' (eight precious) herbs. Can get it any Chinese medicine shop.
Western meds says watch your diet and don't stress yourself out. Good nutrition, sufficient rest & regular exercise, basically a healthy lifestyle. Don't drink, smoke or do drugs and you shall live happily ever after.

I used to wear panty liners everyday too. Until my sister, she's a doctor, says it's not healthy to wear panty liners daily. I looked up on methods to lessen discharge. I started to drink a lot of water. Surprisingly when i drank a lot of plain water i noticed there was no discharge anymore. Bring bottled water everywhere you go.

Why is it no good to wear panty liners everyday? I heard eating is also good

The strip of the pantyliners are made of plastic. The plastic strip won't let the skin breathe. The discharge will be stuck on the liners for as long as you wear them. This causes yeast and/or bacterial infection on some women. The scented pantyliners can also cause irritation. Super absorbent pantyliners came out and they have been one of the favorites of women for years. The truth is, these super absorbent pantyliners contain more harmful chemical than the regular ones.

for me i would rather buy new panties more often as cotton are way more comfortable than pantiliners whatever material is.
summore if the skin is sensitive the plastic to the sides of the pantiliners or even pads sure will hurt down there, rashes n sometimes blisters cry.gif

If it smells or itches, then go to gynae immediately.

don't worry too much... just see a doctor and you will get the answer very soon... sometimes info in the internet just freak you out..it will show worst possible outcome whereby the actual situation isn't that worst..
just don't be shy and tell the doctor exactly your situation
