Yes very normal. Unless there is foul smell, weird colored discharge, itch or discomfort then get a gynae to have a look.
I use panty liners daily. Unscented and as much breatheable as it claims. Change whenever i want to thruout the day.
Some said certain food we take is linked to it but I can't seem to be able to reduce it via diet. So just let it be.

QUOTE(Cherryx @ Jan 14 2015, 11:39 AM) wow...I can't stand wearing liners everyday...I only use it during ovulation time...the liner somehow kind of bothers me...I like the part breathable... ty btw:respect: okie thanks for telling I feel relieved to know that we are the same herpes got blisters and etc la adui. I'm quite used to liners daily cause don't wanna destroy my panties always. But I don't wear 24 hours la. Only when going out. The breathable and thin ones are comfortable for me. Actually don't like the feeling when wearing panties and got discharge.

QUOTE(Darkcity212 @ Jan 14 2015, 08:28 PM) i didnt say its herpes.i said i ''might'' be herpes .im saying it could be an earlier symptoms So what kind of discharge is a possible sign of genital herpes? Abnormal vaginal discharge could be symptoms of many things, not only herpes or STDs. But vaginal discharge is normal, especially during different times of the menstrual cycle. And it's normal that some females have more or less than others.

QUOTE(phoebe.ng @ May 14 2015, 04:28 PM) I have discharge most of the time close to period session .. but somehow lately I think there is some extra discharge that looks like cheese .. any idea what's that ? should I consult gynae ? If it smells or itches, then go to gynae immediately.
