Anything less than 36 grand?

Batman cost a little more than the normal GMT Master in terms of RRP.
*
I'm being offered around 32.. but its not really the model I'm after...

QUOTE(QuickFire @ Dec 26 2017, 09:01 PM)
Well it was around 11,900 I think, so just assumed 12k. Was your price closer to 11k than 12k?
*
You can check with my guy if you want.

He did mention it's a 116710 and not a BLNR, I think in the earlier post.

But again, he did not say it's not a BLNR as well biggrin.gif

Rolex is the most recognised mass market luxury watch name, of course plenty of ah Beng, uncle, cinaman, Arabs, etc etc wears it.

Whether it should form your opinion of Rolex is up to you.

Wow, just found out Tudor announced a new smaller Black Bay 39mm (and 11.9mm thickness with a 70hr reserve!). I've put off getting the Black Bay because of its dimensions on my 6.5" wrist, but this is perfect now.

I read that it will be released in July. How long does it usually take before it reaches our shore here? I wanna snap it up as soon as it lands really.

The US pricing is USD3,250 for the leather strap version. Any of your sifus know roughly how much it will be here?
*
Should be slightly earlier, May or June. Have asked my dealer to prompt me up, as I'm looking at the 58 or the new Oris.

Only in Japan thou you can find abundance of those watches and other high fashion items.

Problem is, whether you want to bite the bullet for it or not  biggrin.gif
*
Exactly, so when people say there's a shortage, no such thing. It's just all in Japan at a higher price haha.

Explorer 1 is OOS it seems, I can't locate it in the ADs.

Hi there everyone

Am thinking of getting a second hand Rolex for my dad for his Bday
But I'm not too sure about the prices for a 2nd hand Rolex. A simple one that is
Would a budget of < RM10k suffice?

I'm not so much concerned with the model more so with the priviliege of owning one since my dad really wanted a Rolex
*
You can get a vintage 6694 for <10k, but be well aware that servicing them will cost a bomb so make sure you get one that is relatively free of issues.
