Thanks for responding.

Vehicle pulling (or drifting) to either side after paying for a wheel alignment job is always a *misalignment* in itself, often disguised by incompetent local practitioners as 'normal and that's the way it is' .

It's not true that an adjustment 'countering' the vehicle pull would cause increased tyre wear.

It appears to me this Shall Alam alignment shop is just like any other incompetent practitioners commonly found in local market, as I'd encountered.....sighhhh...

Not sure how much exp you have, but if you send a few cars for alignment and fix/maintain your car with your own hands, then you will know better.

For me, price matters, but workmanship, equipment, and skills are just as important. I read in some forums that shops with Hunter machines are really good and more accurate. I’d like to try one on my next visit, but it’s quite hard to find a shop around the Shah Alam area that has it, even after Googling

Been to so many shops and the one that's the most consistent for me is Kin Alignment. My only issue is the language barrier. Price is steep too but you get what you paid for. But I'm hoping they at least make sure they don't dirty my steering wheels when I'm paying a premium over most shops. Oh speaking of equipment, I don't think they have the newer models' alignment specs in their machine so that's a downside too.
