Comparing 20×60 with SEH Pallida, Pilosa, Pistia or even Aungusta, Aegentea and Aquatilis (20×70), price not cheap.

Yeah I'm aware of the time gap but I have also taken the amenities and the masterplan of the township into consideration. Semenyih getting more and more expensive.

Never consider SEH/EM is putting substantial of money in the infra and landscape instead, not only the house construction cost..

for now must compare what price of SEH same built up with parklands same built up at this moment/time,

but true small time developer are riding high on top of Big developers and getting their share of profit... all have few small small plots of land here and there... and just built hse and sell for max profit....
