guys, need advice anybody use this CF300 filter before? is it too big for tank size of Dolphin GT3003R (40 X 26 X 30CM)? want to start planting again, currently using 2 hanging filter for the tank with only fish no plant.

KIV idea, now still cant decide whether to get new tank and start aquascaping again or just get it for current fish tank.

just came back from home fair and saw some interesting LED downlight, anybody try to use down light for their planted aquarium before?
example is one round shape down light diameter abt 18cm, power output stated there as 12w with 6500k (cool daylight) spectrum.. like this can be diy to use as aquarium light for planted tank? just need to add timer and plug then it is done miah miah miah cheapskate idea.
