Hi Fookie,
Look here Co2 from Aquscape Paradise. For that small tank, and long term, this could be the cheaper set. The tank can be refilled.

anyone know if there is a shop selling SAE? looking for pairs of SAE for cleaning and controlling duty. Have bad luck finding one.
Fish depot will restock silver flying fox, between SAE and SFF, which one is better? Thanks |

QUOTE(LuQEE @ Aug 5 2015, 03:36 AM) i bought a pair of them when they are still small, until now, both of them still sucking on algeas(already 1+ year). I did have SAE before, but once they grew bigger, they tend to attach my other fish.I think unless you always overfeed them with food pellets/flakes, they will gladly do their job. I only feed my tank once a week. I want to know if the SFF doing the same thing. Anyone know where is the shop that have this fish in stock? |

QUOTE(artsyfarty @ Aug 6 2015, 11:50 AM) If you're in KL area, check these places: Thanks mate. I was able to get 4 of SAE from 88 pandan indah. Gave them a call yesterday and they said it just restock it on wednesday. So I went there straight and found out they only have like 10-20 left.- Alive Aquarium, NSK Kuchai Lama - Water Life in Cheras - Pets mart 88 in Pandan Indah Cheras (Opposite this shop, there are 2 other LFS) |

QUOTE(jenniferjen @ Aug 17 2015, 08:16 PM) I am using Jebo 838 for my 125l/32 gallon tank. Bought it for RM110.The filter considered to be too powerful for that tank capacity. So I have to slow it down by controlling the inflow and outflow. But if you use chiller, you can just use full throttle for 2ft aquarium. Jebo is depends on luck. If you are lucky, it can last long. If not, well...too bad. Bear in mind that most lfs doesnt sell Jebo's part. They only sell parts for EHEIM ( a lot), FLUVAL ( a lot), eJet (so so) and Dophin (not so much). If you are still considering canister filter with low budget for 2ft aquarium 1. Jebo 835 - RM100-RM150 2. Shiruba XB303 - RM150 - can hang or put on floor 3. Sunsun 602B only sponge wo media - RM100-RM120 at jalan pasar/online Or you can consider hang on canister, which is not compatible with any chiller. 1. Up Aqua External 120 or ex500 - RM100-RM150 2. Up Aqua External 600 w surface skimmer - RM150-RM200 - fish depot All this canisters are from China. IMHO, quality wise Shiruba>Up Aqua>Sunsun>Jebo The choice is yours |
