A. Most likely not. It's probably a new character.
Q. What about the underground?
A. The underground is officially WiFi enabled now. That most likely means you can go underground with someone else.

A. It's Cyrus, the head of Team Galactic.

I found the Underground very laggy even without extra people with it. I wonder how they gonna make it online enabled without making it much worse.
