get a girl, the girl sprites is much more nicer then boy

 If it was me, I would opt for the female character also. The male sprite is just simply weird for my taste  Especially the cap he is wearing OMG I might be biased though  |

i never played a pokemon before.. is it really fun?? thinking of joining the band wagon
 will it be hard to learn to play if i'm getting the D/P later on?? or i should get another version 1st?? |
