Hmm, maybe asking for legends that are not in HGSS is a little tough. I'll see how it goes. Maybe i'll change those wanted to some normal pokes that i can't really get easily. Like version or safari exclusives. I just hate the blocks system...

I'm pretty confident in battle with my team ^^ My only regret is I still can't successfully breed an outstanding snover for my last slot... Maybe I'm just picky lol

i heard the GTS glitch is solved after the release of Platinium. Whoever tries to do the evolve or clone glitch will have their pokemon deposited in GTS to disappear after the error.

I'm not sure. Maybe it is before I joined this forum. I once tried to clone my Entei by trying to manipulate the GTS since i found a shiny Aerodactyl and i can copy my save file. However, not onloy i can't get my entei back, I discovered that accursed aerodactyl is also hacked. Thats the only time i tried to do some foul play and i received my penalty for it.

If you just need the dex or any rhypherior then i could trade/tradeback you my spare one.

idk, maybe there are some hotspots that allows you to access. As long as the encryption is not WPA then your ds should be able to find a method to connect.

i still have these Beldum in my box that haven't been picked by anyone in bulbaforum. these are pretty good quality Beldum as their IV are rated as Outstanding in Battle Frontier and the IV arrangement are sorted by HP/Atk/Def/SpA/SpD/Spe:

there is many forum that enable you to find people to trade. serebii or smogon are also famous for pokemon community.

IV can't be trained since it is set the moment you met the pokemon. I think you are refering to EV then. Well, if you got both power item and a pokerus you should be able to EV a pokemon within half an hour.

dont worry about level, when you go to battle frontier most of your level is gonna be lower anyway.
