I wonder I have pierce my belly 2 times , the first time the skin ripped off, what is the reason ? My skin problem ?

n i'm interested in having lips piercing...
got any suggestion for a reasonable and clean body piercing parlor...

The reason maybe wearing it 24/7 .
Accidently tear / pull while carrying stuff or clothing stuck / etc etc ... . .
