QUOTE(SSJBen @ Jun 23 2015, 06:05 PM) Sounds about right to me for the Leadtek coolers. They aren't the most efficient to be honest. Mine at 144. Np.You can remove the temp limit, power limit and boost limit by modding the vbios. You can remove the fps cap; Go to Batman Arkham Knight\BmGame\ Config\BmSystemSettings.ini Find MaxFPS=30 set to 60 or 120. Don't set higher than 120, the game will crash. I tried it. The framerate only automatically uncap itself when you are running the in-game benchmark. It's like a sick joke or something, damn stupid. I have no idea why WB decided to hand the PC version over to High Voltage Studio, the same monkeys who ported the broken MKX on PC. Single titan X was 4k is not bad. Second card as physx. Gaming was pretty good. Fogs will make fps drop 35, batmobile was 4xs. Indoor fighting etc 60-9x fps. Man the harley mission is good. Graphics off the chart. Think need to plan more of the first mission. VRAM was peaking at 6700mb. Uber fluid. But seriously the game look stupod good when dsr to 4k. |

QUOTE(marfccy @ Jun 24 2015, 06:12 AM) are you running those games on a SSD? does it do anything in terms of reducing stutter or is it solely on the GPU issue? Posting a vid. This was shadowplay 4k@60 127mbps record. I find even with youtube compression, the vids look way better than other ppl videos. i noticed that if i run Witcher 3 on SSD, i tend to get less pop ins and minute stutters Waiting for it now to finish processing other resolution. Will post ot after its done. ![]() Thr graphics are good. Just crazy that it takes a titan X to show its awesomeness. 4 hours into the game atm. |

QUOTE(unequalteck @ Jun 24 2015, 07:19 PM) anyone encountered this problem before? the screw on stock cooler stripped. now i cant remove the stock cooler Long long time ago on my 480s. Used a epoxy with a screw driver that can almost fit. Let it dry. It worked. This post has been edited by cstkl1: Jun 24 2015, 11:37 PM |

QUOTE(vincetee06 @ Jun 26 2015, 01:57 PM) i need a some advice, i just pre-ordered 980ti, and i aiming to 4k gaming, mostly played FPS and RPG like GTA, Witcher 3....etc. Nothing to do with immersionI am surveying a 4K monitor, or TV. But i found out a 4k TV at 40inch just around RM2k- 3k. Instead, a 4k gaming monitor can cost the same price but smaller screen (27"). May i know whats the major difference if i buy the 4K tv instead of 4K monitor? Which one should be good for gaming and viewing experince? Just wonder why smaller but expansive. Response rates, Overdrive. single 980ti aint gonna cut it. 2 is barely enough. Got to wait for pascal before 2 cards can dominate 4k. This post has been edited by cstkl1: Jun 26 2015, 02:25 PM |

QUOTE(shikimori @ Jun 26 2015, 02:47 PM) dunno about you but playing on big screen TV compared to a monitor IÂ feel more immerse compared to a monitor . Turning down AA and having motion blur and high response rate on TV is not immersion dude980ti still can la at 4k but dont expect ultra settings . Probably have to turned off AA (which have no point at 4k) and some other settings Yeah , yeah what the point buying 4k if you going to tone down the settings might as well play at 1080p . on another note youtube supports 1440p@60 and 4k@60. 4k needs AA whenever there is AF. All games has some form of AF. Its just the question of pixel pitch sorry some fidelity lost here because png @ 4k nobody will host it. This post has been edited by cstkl1: Jun 26 2015, 02:51 PM |

QUOTE(SSJBen @ Jun 26 2015, 05:29 PM) I think there are 2 sides to the coin on this. Yeah bro. They all dont get as long af is used aa is neededI cannot for the life of me, enjoy racing games on a TV. Just doesn't work, it's not immersive and it's not... nice at all. But on the other hand, I don't like playing Witcher 3 on the monitor, even though I'm using a 27-incher and I sit 2 feet away from it at most. Just lazing down on a couch makes it better. AA is needed on 4k man. I have no idea who started the idealogy that 4k = AA disabled because no point. That's just wrong. Since all games use af... Aa is always needed just at what degree. Ppl are using pixel pitch saying aa not needed. |

QUOTE(vincetee06 @ Jun 27 2015, 10:22 AM) Benq build quality trumps asus. Price too. Here is the thing theres too many connectivity advancement n panel tech etc. Normally we buy monitors n they last a good over 5 year 4k gaming is a reality now but not for refresh rate. Gsync works best with a large refresh rate window. Go into 4k when dp1.3, ips 120/144hz becomes a reality. reponse rate is another issue Early adopters of swift .. It was the 144hz gaming that was 120hz gaminh that was awesome. Rumour has it nvidia has a newer iteration of gsync. So decide. We buy gpus on game now concept. Choosing monitors atm not a easy thing to decide. |

QUOTE(vincetee06 @ Jun 27 2015, 11:41 AM) Can i conclude your word like below: Yes but second part is a lot of movement in monitor tech. 4k is good reso, but is not that impressive under low frame rate (<60fps, since my single GPU wont do that). But at this point, a G-sync monitor shall smoothen the frame rate at 4k (like Acer XB280HT), am i right? As a current powerful single GPU may can push over 60fps on QHD reso, a 2k monitor with high refresh rate and g-sync will giving a more smooth, and outstanding gameplay experience (Asus PG278Q) if compare back to 4k at <60 fps. So just choose between, High Reso or High Framerate (middle reso), am i get into the concept? correct me if i wrong Expect more at 4k. So buying 4k n expecting it to last aint gonna happen. QUOTE(Mr BenQ @ Jun 27 2015, 01:02 PM) Truth dude. Other manufactorers seems more gpu tech monitors. On core basic.. Benq gaming line monitors are unchallenged. Most pro gamers all using benq afaik. If benq did a ips 1440p 144hz gsync i will buy right now. This post has been edited by cstkl1: Jun 27 2015, 01:21 PM |

Reverting back to 353.30.
Too many games had fps hit. So did benchmark test on w7&w8.1&w10. The clocks are higher like 347 drivers but actual performance gain is lower. I took a look at arkham knight profile Max support is two way sli with another card for dedicated This post has been edited by cstkl1: Jun 27 2015, 09:51 PM |
