hello guys..
i have this problem....
i can't have the solution with..
my pc recently kept randomly restarting by itself..
when i browsing the net, when it loads window, when i play games, when idle for too long..
i already check the mobo..
seems fine..
there no overheating as well..
but i notice there a tick-tick sound when i press the power button..
if the tick sound present the mobo can't detect a ps/2 keyboard so i have to use a usb keyboard..
whenever the pc restart the tick sound is present.....
the event viewer is somehow show an error stating 'system' interface unknown..
so i can't check wat the error is..
and the time my pc randomly restart is doesn't show any blue screen at all..
jus tick2 and the back to boot diagnostic screen..
i really dunno wat the hell is wrong..
really interupting my downloads..
can someone help me?? rclxub.gif

Your minidump file is corrupted...
Looking at your BSOD driver_irql_not_equal_or_less means driver conflict...
What have you changed or installed lately ???

Calm down !!!!
Need some time to debug...

Found the issues...
1. Check your ram, might be faulty & causing so many BSOD...
2. Check your sound & graphic driver...
3. Reinstall or update to the latest...
4. You might need to reformat...

Hi. Can anyone help me? The blue screen is getting serious with different messages like 0x00000BE or 0x000000A (don't know how many '0') but always the same thing. Perhaps its crashing whenever I am only using it to surf the net. Help?

I have tried changing the ram but its still the same
*
Make sure you set your ram voltage & timings according to spec...
Will debug your dump file later & get back to you...

QUOTE(Soralicious @ Nov 16 2009, 11:15 PM)
this is my minidump file.

any help is appreciated.

i tried to bring my PC back to where i bought and ask for check up, and they keep replied me with "maybe is your software corrupted, pls go back and try again"

i've tried to reformat into xp and vista, but the BSoD still happens from time to time. i oso helped my fren to install vista on his pc, and his PC has no BSoD or any problem at all. i think this proves that nothing is wrong with my software.

atapi.sys BSOD error common related to IDE drive such as bad hdd or cd/dvd rom...
Try other cd/dvd rom or writer...
Try different cable...

A few things you need to check :
- check the PSU, is the fan running or is it hot ???
- check your processor heatsink, is it properly install ???
- check your temperature

Your previous BSOD :
- i8042prt.sys = related to ps2 mouse or kb port
This is an unusual error.. Might be motherboard issue...
But : 5)safemode w/wo networking.
Result: nvr restart. still can msn, firefox, etc just like normal.
= looks like software, drivers or windows system files corrupted...

Now you are getting BSOD atapi.sys after reformat, you have done all the necessary troubleshooting I assumed...
This error related to IDE drive such as bad hdd or cd/dvd rom, bad IDE cable or bad IDE controller on the motherboard...

You need to test all your hardwares such as hdd, cd/dvd rom, cables, gc & ram with another working system or pc to rule out the possibility of these hardware issue...
If all the above mentioned hardware is working properly then come back to your motherboard or you have other motherboard to test...

Hi again. Can you please confirm that it is definitely my ram problem that cause bsod all the time? so i can contact the seller and tell him about this.

BSOD error : DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)
IMAGE_NAME: memory_corruption
MEMORY_CORRUPTOR: ONE_BIT
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: MEMORY_CORRUPTION_ONE_BIT
BUCKET_ID: MEMORY_CORRUPTION_ONE_BIT
- None of the BSOD error related or pointed to driver or software issue..
- This error pointed to RAM issue...
Have you tested the ram by running memtest ???
Have you tested each ram at a time ???
